+ -1 moreWhen I got my system installed, they never informed me that I needed to have it serviced once a year. When it stopped working, I contacted the home office in San Antonio and they had Cody Fritz call me. Both him and his tech Chris were very informative how important it is to have it serviced. I wish Jason’s Water reps would have told me that. After Chris serviced it and found that it was clogged with pebbles. He cleaned it out and it was good to go. These guys are great.

Description of Work: On 2/25/13 they installed a water softener unit to replace on by another company as they became to expensive for the service provided. The total coast was $1225.00 for the complete installation. The new unit has worked well until 6/15/14 when it sprung a leak at one of the inlet lines where the plastic nut holding the inlet line to the regulator worked loose. It was a Sunday and fathers day when I called the owner and advised him what happened. He came to the house immediately and fixed the inlet line.
