The repairman was prompt, courteous and friendly. He replaced the part that needed replacing and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving.
Description of Work: Washing machine stopped agitating and this was fixed.

I called them to replace the condenser fan on my home a/c unit. The servive tech came out promptly and changed the fan with one he had with him. It took him 1 hour to replace the fan, and the a/c was back on. I thought that this might be the best service call i'd experienced, then I got the bill. It was a weekend service call, and I knew the service call charge and the hourly rate before he came out. What I didn't know was that he was going to charge me 1.5 hrs when he was only there 1.0 hours. At 97.50/hr that is a considerable overcharge. They charged me $180 for the fan. That fan is available at any a/c supply store for $45-$90. I understand they need to mark up parts, but that seems pretty excessive to me. My experience with them tells me that they have no problem overcharging us for parts and labor. I dont fault anyone for making an honest living, but I dont like getting ripped off just because they can.
