Excellent - very professional

These were the only provider that could come out earlier than a week. They came out the same day I called, adjusted sprinklers so they watered more efficiently. Very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.

Nobody picks up the phone, returns calls, or answers messages. I've left three messages a week for 6 weeks, just trying to get a landscaping bid. I've spoken to a human twice, who said they had given my information to another person who would contact me the same day. Nobody has ever contacted me. They obviously aren't interested in new business.

We had a leak in our sprinkler system that was pretty severe, called several other companies and none of them could send anyone out. Tutson came out a day a later was able to identify the issue and fix it. Then also check out system and found we had broken sprinkler head in the back yard and fixed it as well. They were very professional and we will be using them in the future for all our sprinkler needs.

Was prompt, courteous and very professional. He thoroughly inspected our 48 year-old sprinkler system and diagnosed the issue. He carefully explained all options before work was done. Worked quickly and cleaned up the repair site.

Leslie was efficient, punctual, and explained everything he was doing. We would definitely hire this company again.

The weather was a hinderance fro them, but they continued on and did an excellent job.

He did an excellent job! He actually made some cost-saving recommendations and he was actually the best price of 3-4 other companies. The quality was wonderful. They had an impressive work ethic and worked until the job was done over about 2 days. They were always right on time and were good about calling if there were any delays. They were very professional and informative. I'd definitely use them again!

Originally I contacted them by email and they quickly got back with me requesting a phone number. It was the weekend so I waited and called them on Monday 4/14/2014. I talked with a person that told me he would get with his crew in Killeen and they would call me later that day. I never heard from anyone. I emailed them asking about it and then I called them again and left a message on Tuesday but never heard back. I also called Sprinklerman Cove Landscape and Filthy Dogz. They came by and gave me estimates within a couple days. I have decided to go with Filthy Dogz for my new sprinkler system.

I would LOVE to give them my business if I could just get them "engaged" in my project!!!

Leslie arrived on schedule time, was very professional, and pleasant. . He started to work on my station box to figured out why my stations each had to be manually turned on, He explained to me what was the problem, while running each station. I found out I had a broken pipe....right under where I had plant a crepe myrtle tree. He fix the problem, clean up site , and his fees was reasonable. I would definitely hire him for work again.

They were professional and timely. Nothing wrong with the guy who came to do the quote but he certainly didn't wow me or do anything that made him stand out above and beyond the rest. Quote was rather low so I was concerned with quality. Talked to an impartial person in the biz (not another person giving me a quote) who said they were nice but "couldn't recommend their work." Not sure if that meant the quality was lower as I suspected or he didn't know anything, but knew the guy. Overall my instinct was that I was either being low-balled to get the job or a cheap system. After 4 or 5 quotes from different companies we ended up going with Filthy Dogz. Phil came highly recommended and when he quoted us I knew why! I recommend them instead.

All was great from beginning to end.

I have been using them for about two years. They do wonderful work and the price is reasonable. I like that he honors his warranty for a long time. They are very friendly and if there are any problems, they have no problem coming back to fix the issue. I will definitely continue to use Tuston's Landscape and Sprinklers.
