Kenneth and Misty are totally unresponsive!! I've called each of them several times about issues with the house and each and every time they just blow me off. Before I rented the house, butter wouldn't melt in their mouths. Once I had signed the lease, it was a completely different story! I won't go so far as to call them dishonest, but they're certainly not trustworthy! If I had it to do over again, I definitely would NOT use Sunburst Realty!
