Sams Heat and Air

He did not make his first 'appointment' to come look and give a quote. He called and said he had gotten 'tied up', understandable. He said he'd come after lunch, so I told him another guy would be here at 2:00, so he said he'd be here at 1:00 or 3:00. He came about 3:15 and I told him that the other guy was still here. He tersely said, "Well, have a good day" and left. After he didn't call or come back, I called and left a message apologizing for the mixup. He did not respond. My son-in-law, who has a business and several rental properties, had recommended him, so a couple of days later, I let him know what happened and he called Sam, who then came by to look at our problem. He stayed for about 5 minutes, and left, and I think he said he'd get a quote to us. Several days passed and we had heard nothing from Sam, so, having found out that he was on Angies' list, I sent him a message telling hime we were stilll interested in his quote, but he has not responded.

Sam has worked on my home central heating and air conditioning for many years, first as an employee of a local air conditioning firm and now as owner of his business, Sam’s Heat and Air. I have found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and scrupulously honest. He has repaired my system multiple times, doing so in a swift and cost effective manner making sure the repair was done right. Before Sam I dealt with several of the large local heating and air conditioning firms in the Temple area, with mixed results. Now I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs.
