No work was performed. There is nothing else to say.

When I called RAMS it was already about 3pm, but the woman answering the phone was very friendly and professional. I explained that an outside water pipe near the corner of my house had broken, and all the water to the house had to be turned off. She took my phone number, said she would check with her technicians to verify who would be available soonest. She called me back within five minutes to say one of the technicians would be available within an hour. The technician called me to verify the address and location. When he arrived, he assessed the situation. He said he would not have to replace the entire pipe, nor would he need to dig under the house. He was able to complete the repair with what he already had on his truck in less than 30 minutes. I thought this was to be a temporary repair until the whole pipe could be replaced, but he said the repair was actually permanent. He gave suggestions on how to prevent such breaks from occurring in the future. Since my home is over sixty years old, the suggestions were taken to heart, and I have had no other problems. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them whole heartedly.
