George came by and checked out the hot water heater, the hotness of the water, and everything that he thought could be a problem. He adjusted the temperature on the hot water heater and then he recommended that we drain the water heater. This was a diagnostic so he didn't charge anything. Thank you Prince's Plumbing! I will call again when I need plumbing work.

Princes brother Judge and another man came to lay the pipes to complete the first part of the contract. They came, took their sweet time and took several brakes. They even left for a two hour lunch break. The work was sloppy and was not what we wanted. It barely passed inspection because the pipes were nearly too short. Because we hired them to complete the job, we called them back out for part two, keep in mind they put the pipes in and then we had concrete poured, so the plumbers knew where to dig to find the pipes for part two. I called Prince plumbing for part two 6 months later and he tells me he needs to do a reassessment. He does the reassessment and tells us he is not happy with the work that was done by his brother just by looking at it. He states we need a different type of install because there is not enough fall in the area. He states he will need to raise his price by no more than 20%. We were shocked. Then he goes on to tell us he had to FIRE his brother Judge and another worker because they were not getting the job done and the work was poor. He wines and says the job will take 3 days to complete. He never calls us back, we left messages, this went on for a week trying to reach him. When we finally reached him he says he's now swamped with work, he doesn't have the crew, all kinds of excuses. This company is not worth your time. They don't honor their own contracts, the work is lousy and they make excuses for jobs they don't want to do. If you have to fire your own brother, you know this is a lousy company. Good help is hard to find. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF PLUMBING.

i was told over the phone by Dotty it was $69.00 for the service call but if I use the service it will only be the cost of the work. And that he was very reasonable! I do not agree. $146.14 for less then 30 minutes work and no warranty for the work? Forget them will never use again and would not recommend.

My uncle helped us replace our old (18 yo) water heater when it went out, but to get paid from our Home Warrantee company, it had to be installed by a certified plumber. Well, I wanted to make sure everything was "Right" anyway, so no big deal. I called two different companies, and Prince was the one with the most reasonable price, personable plumber, and availability. A different plumber from the one who quoted the job came to do the work, and he actually did more than the original quote, BUT still only charged us what was quoted. He said he had a better solution for the exterior drain, instead of into the garage which is Code, but not really "nice". He put a drain to the outside, and made sure the steam valve was hooked up properly too. We really like what they did, and would use them again.

The appointment was easy to set up and they were very nice on the phone. We had a two man crew that came out to reset and seal one of our toilets and seal another one. Judge was the main guy who did the talking. He seemed to want to speak more to my husband than to me and directed answers that I asked towards my husband. (Maybe it was a bad day for him). The job did not take long to finish. However I did find this plumbing service on Angie's List and they had a promotion going on that if you mentioned Angie's List when setting up the appointment they would subtract 10% off the bill. This was mentioned when setting the appointment, but was not subtracted from the bill until it was brought to his attention. (Maybe there was a miscommunication at home base it happens and I can understand that). When my husband brought this to his attention he stated he did not know about the discount and mentioned that the company was trying to get away from offering it any longer. From there we had to log on to Angie's List and pull up the promotion the company was offering. We did get a $16 discount once we had to prove it was still being offered. But when some of the toilet bowel water leaked on the floor from removing it. (Which I understand/expect will happen). They needed one of my bath towels to wipe up the water. Since I can not use the bath towel any longer the discount may as well not of been applied. (For the cost of my towel). Customer service/ quality work is huge for us, while so far the quality of work is holding up just fine. (They did offer a 1yr warranty on the work done.) The customer service and lack of knowledge of company promotions, having to supply a towel for clean up and being standoffish towards me has me looking else where for my go to plumber.

They came on 2/7/14 and 2/18/14. They came the same day I called. They were very reasonable considering what they had to do. They did the job quickly and professionally and made sure I knew what was happening the whole way.

Everything went very well.

He was very thorough and explained what he was going to do. He was very professional. He came out and gave us an estimate. The final bill was the same amount of the estimate.

One of the kitchen connections had a very slow leak; it did not show up until later on that evening. They came out within 1 hour of my call the next morning and fixed it.

Prince Plumbing was contacted on 2/24/14 in order to schedule for the services for 2/25/14. The man on the phone stated they would be in route to our home around 8:30. At 8:40, the company was called and he stated there was some sort of time mix up. Despite the error, they showed up at 10:30. The guys were excellent. They spent time locating an entrance into the drain. It took 2 machines to get the massive clog out. But it's fixed. In addition, both of my toilets needed to be rebuilt to stop them from running constantly. For the time and care Prince Plumbing took for our home, they will be called again for their services. Everything works better than it did when we first got the home. Also, the service was fast! They worked from about 10:30 to 1pm with everything that was done.

I manage maintenance needs for several commercial properties. Prince got me taken care of right away. He explained the problem, and what needed to be done to fix it. It was done with in a few minutes. I will most definitely use him again, if I have a project in his area.

From start to finish, this job was very quick and professional.
