Premier Stained Concrete

USE THIS GUY!!! He knows what he is doing. Very impressed with his crew and their work. And FYI I don't give out compliments very easily -- I'll tell you what I think. MARC HELLINGHAUSEN, basically, gave me my house back. I'll explain briefly, The electrician miss placed a floor plug in the most centrally located area of my home. I thought I could never walk by this 6ft x 1ft scar, left behind by the electrician after he moved the floor plug to the right position, without experiencing severe disappointment, frustration, and anger. It was ugly and one couldn't help but notice it. I felt my house is ruined; carpet etc. would look awkward as a cover-up in this particular spot. As all concrete is basically the same recipe but no two batches are identical the stain would be received by the chemicals in the concrete floor and concrete patch differently - which it did. Until Marc worked his magic. I told Mr. Hellinghuasen at the start that I doubted very seriously he could fix it to my satisfy my critical eye. Even though he had said he fixed something similar once before. CLOSE WASN'T GOING TO BE GOOD ENOUGH and had planned to sue the electrician for the anticipated costly resurfacing job. Simply put, Marc and his professional crew bailed the electrician out. Marc should be an artist, as I have to look hard to see "the Fix". As I've said, I've a critical eye that notices the little stuff and, now, there is no "little stuff" to bug me. And I looked for it in the scoring of grooves into the concrete and found none. His scoring crew deserves a "Hearty well done." for their work. I want Marc to succeed in this business. He deserves your call. He earned it from me. WE need to reward guys like him and his crew for working on our homes like they were working on their homes and give Premier Stained Concrete our business. And no, I have never heard or met Mr. Hellinghuasen before... I'm simple; You do a crappy job, I'll blast you in a review. You do a good job and well... you just read it. Thank you PSC, great job!
