+ -1 moreBest Buy had good knowledge of their merchandise. They answered all the questions about what kind of TV I was looking for. The price was reasonable. They were right there ready to serve you as soon as you walk in the door.

Description of Work: have instituted new policy of making appointments to pick up computer, I .was told didn't need appointment in am. when went to store couldn't have computer because didn't have appointment. when called store to make an appontment was put on hold for 20 minutes, call back and put on hold for another 20 minutes. had call again the next day. be prepared for and excerise in rudness
