Fine, irregular dimensions were accommodated well.

My first visit was just to check the place out. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. She explained the store and the process to me. We set up a time for my wife and I to come back. I was called the next day by, Brenda, one of the owners. Ahead of the next appointment, I sent in some quick measurements and a few pictures of the house. At our appointment, Brenda walked us through our options. She worked hard to match our needs with our budget and presented us with options. She was knowledgable of her products and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best product. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell us something we didn't need, just because that's what they had or profited the most from. After we decided what we wanted, Jesse came out and measured our windows. When the blinds were in, Ralph came out and installed them. The blinds and shades fit perfectly. Ralph was on-time, friendly, and fast. End result, the blinds and shades look fantastic. Throughout the process, the team was synchronized. Sometimes there can be problems as you interact with different employees. Not the case here. They called when they said they would, they were on time to our initial appointment, the measuring and the installation. They took the time to explain everything, listened to our concerns, and made sure that we were satisfied. Honestly, my impression is that this is a highly professional company. Their staff communicates well among themselves. They listen to the customer and work hard to ensure satisfaction. They communicate with the client throughout the process. Probably the most impressive part for me is that Brenda called me when my preferred installation date was starting to fill up and scheduled me in. Other businesses might have forgotten I wanted that date and allowed the schedule to fill, but Brenda was on top of the order and the schedule to make sure that my preferences were met. Top notch, thank you very much.

It went awesome. They are awesome people. easy to work with. real personable. They want to make sure you're satisfied with everything. I would continue to use them.
