 + -1 moreIf you have a water heater installed, check all of the pipes and fittings before the one year warranty expires. Company used galvanized pipes and fittings that are unable to handle the hard Texas water. We are now stuck with a leaky water heater and company will not fix after a year and two months.
Description of Work: Replace water heater. Price was out of pocket after using home warranty.

 + 1 moreCompany reached out in a timely matter and was able to come out same day. A tech named Jordan came out and gave me a reasonably priced estimate on a water softener and water heater install. He did very well explaining things to me in ways I could understand, and gave tips on preventative maintenance! I originally had a regular gallon tank but decided to upgrade to a tankless. After approving the estimate they got me approved for financing right away and was able to do it next day! Very nice gentleman and team! Office staff was great also, definitely recommend!
