Jeff Blount and his crew are a great experience. They put a camera down our drain and found a belly in the pipe under the floor. They then mapped out the exact location. Not only did they tell us the location but also the degree of the slope in the belly. These guy's know what they're doing and how to repair it with a degree of professionalism unseen other places. Don't hesitate, call and your problems are on the mend.

They were excellent and they did a very good job with our water heater. We had our water heater blew out and they repaired it quickly.

The technician, Steve, was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had about my tank. That was helpful because I had just purchased the property and didn’t know what condition the septic tank was in.

Okay, was on time. Had to charge $50 extra for digging back out a small hole..

I don't have a choice unfortunately because they're our provider right now. I will change it to somebody else. I never know when they come out. They come every four months supposedly. If I have any problems, I don't call them, I call somebody else. They need to be more front, leave messages that they've been here so I know they've been here.

We're VERY pleased with Blount's Speedy Rooter. Blount did the work a competitor septic company (Y) and their recommended plumber (X) didn't do to our satisfaction. Prior to purchasing our home one year ago, we called Y to have them pump and inspect the septic. We lived out of town, so weren't there to observe. So, one month later, we called them back over to show us where the lid was located, as the soil in the backyard hadn't been disturbed. We just wanted to know where to find our septic system as the plat wasn't specific. Our house is on a unique property, not a cookie-cutter lot. Y couldn't find it again. Fast forward one year. Toilets were overflowing in the house, so we needed help. Y told us to call their friend at X Plumbing. X sent cameras down the pipes from the roof and told us we had a broken terra cotta pipe from the house to the septic and it needed to be replaced. He also found the septic lid and said it had been "years, if ever" since it had been dug up. (He later denied ever saying that, but I took a video of his conversation with me while he dug.) Upon opening the lid, he discovered septic didn't have a Sanitary-Tee. At this point, we weren't impressed with Y, so we decided to call Blount and start all over. Blount's septic team and plumber (a Blount employee) were faster, better communicators and PROVED they did what they also showed needed to be done, using a camera and video. They installed a "Sanitary-Tee" that should have been installed years ago, but Y never mentioned it when they supposedly drained and inspected the tank a year ago. (Y said on their receipt that the septic was "in working order.") Blount also showed us we didn't need a "broken, terra-cotta pipe" replaced from the house to the septic as X recommended; that pipe is a high-quality PVC and is in perfect condition. Blount will definitely have our business in the future.

We called and were able to schedule an appointment the next morning. We did not have an emergency, but knew we needed to get the tanks pumped out. The service person arrived a little before the appointment time early the next morning, which was great. He went to work and had the job completed in an hour and 15 minutes. He was careful not to spill any of the liquids in the yard. He was very professional. In the afternoon their business office called to follow up on the quality of our service, and to see if everything met our satisfaction. We will use this company again if the need arises. We were very satisfied.

I was almost done with the gal on the phone when she told me there would be a $49 trip fee. I asked her if she was serious, a trip fee to come from Temple to Belton, she said yes so I said no thank you.

We had a long time of getting the work started. Reason: INSURANCE company repeatedly processed and delayed work.. Once the Insurance company displayed their intelligence of getting payment and paperwork cleared. Blounts was on the job and worked to resolve the problem of repair of my Entire Sewer Line. Fantastic response time; within 5 minutes from calling the main line a technician called to set up the appointment-a relief for a Saturday emergency such as mine (clogged toilet that no amount of plunging could unclog). The technician arrived within an hour of the confirmation call, looked over the problem and provided a written estimate of $174.88. I showed him a $20 coupon that I had printed from Angie's List and he politely replied that he would be happy to apply it to today's visit. The technician used plastic shoes and rubber gloves during the work and carefully exited the premises without letting his equipment drip on the floors. A written work order was provided and I settled the amount due with a credit card payment.

They are cheaper than most, are very reliable and quick. I trust them and they are very knowledgeable.

Do not call them if you need more than one thing looked at - unless you feel that $500 for less than an hour is a good deal. I feel bad not writing a good review about this company- because if they offered fair/honest pricing I would have given them an A+...but they don't - and honestly I feel like we were taken advantage of. They do "fixed pricing" meaning - it doesn't matter if it is a 2 minute fix or something that takes 2 hours to fix- you get charged the same price. The service man that came was on time, very professional, did an excellent job fixing the repairs, wore booties in the house, and was very clean and polite. He was great- I think it's just the company pricing that's wack. We did get an estimate before he completed the work- but I thought the estimate was so high because there were several things I asked him to look at maybe he was going to be at the house the majority of the day or maybe he needed expensive parts or something. Nope, took him only a few minutes to fix the things we asked him to look at. He was at the house for a total of 40 minutes and we were charged $539. What a joke!!! I should have just bought 3 new toilets!!! Honestly I should have just called another company or a handy man because everything (besides snaking the drain) could have been fixed by a handy man but I just didn't want to mess around with finding someone else and this place had good reviews on here. If you need one plumbing need done- maybe consider calling them - they will do a great job. BUT if you're looking to have a few things looked at- I would call a company that offers fair pricing.

They were wonderful. I have no complaints. They were on time. They did a great job and the price was fair. They explained everything that they were doing. I had a great experience with them. It was exceptional.

Excellent; Candance was very professional on the phone. Josh, Jim, and John worked diligently, and all the work was completed in a timely manner. I will unquetionably use their service in the future.

The plumber for Blount's was wonderful in accommodating us. He was very considerate of our elderly father's need to stay in his home with his live-in health caretaker. They came out to the country to assess the situation, give us an estimate, went back to town, got the necessary supplies and were back to finish this entire big job in one day! This was especially commendable since the plumbing was so old and originally installed by farmers; and I am sure was not up to code. Blount's plumber encountered many unexpected problems, such as connections that had been welded together which normally wouldn't be making the process very challenging for them but they were up to the challenge. They replaced all the lines, eliminated the leaks and my father only had to do without running water for part of one day. And months later I can confirm everything is still operating much better than ever before. I can't say how extremely pleased I am with the service and quality workmanship Bount's provided us.

In the county I live in we have to have a maintenance contract for our septic tank. The previous owner choose Blount's Speedy Router to come out and do the initial inspection and do some minor repairs. The previous owner paid for this, so needless to say my husband and I just went with that company. After only living in the house 3 days or septic overflowed, so I contacted them. They came out and did absolutely nothing and charged me $69.00 for the service call. I paid that due to the fact that the service tech did drive all the way out there. I contacted the company to complain, I called at 0900 and finally spoke to the owner at 1156. The person who answered the phone told me the owner would be in sometime after 0900 and I had to continue to call until the owner was there. When I did speak to the owner she told me they don't guarantee their work. She also told me even though her service tech told me the tank was fine and did not need to be pumped, she was not willing to work with me on the price. She still wanted to charge me the full $600.00 to get it pumped. The same day I decided I wanted a second opinion and started calling around. I contacted another company and he came out same day. While he was opening the tank he noticed the service tech from Blount's put a screw in a pipe and there was water everywhere. He also found that the tank was very overfull and almost backing up into my house. So needless to say I had him pump it and he only charged me $250.00 and he also spent quite a bit of time explaining everything to me and my husband. Needless to say, I contacted Blount's again and she attempted to make everything right by sending someone else out the next day to repair the pipe and returning my $69.00 service fee. Of course this was after much arguing and going back and forth. The reason I am doing this is because I don't want another family in the area to get taken advantage of like I feel myself and my husband did. I do believe this company is only in it for the money and nothing else. BE CAREFUL! UPDATE: A few days ago I wrote a review on here and I want to retract most of what I said. This company has gone above and beyond to fix the issues we have had. You can read my last post in reference to everything that happened but I want to let people know that they have fixed all the issues. We have talked to the owner several times now and she has done her best to make things right. I would like to give most of the credit to her son/manager, he came out and did the work and proved to us that the company does have the knowledge for what they are doing. He was very educated in his trade as well as very professional and thoughtful. So all in all, this company was a little of a headache at first but now that we are all on the same page everything is going great. The repairs have been done, minus a few little ones they are coming out to repair still, and we are possibly going to keep them as our maintenance company for the county.

We switch from another aerobic provider last year, because our septic system was not being monitored per our contract with them. Since we have had Blounts and Josh (technician), our service has been exceptional. We could not have asked for a better company. If you are having problems with your aerobic system, this company provides outstanding quality service.

I called on Monday morning because we had discovered a leak under the house and a tech was out at the house within the hour. He was very professional and courteous and explained everything well. He said he thought he could repair the area of the leak and the price of that was extremely reasonable. or he could replace both the cold and hot lines. I chose to replace the lines because the house was built in the 50's and those were the original lines as far as I know and I felt there was probably a lot of areas that would leak later. He left to get supplies and a helper and was back in less than 2 hours. They finished the job that afternoon. I was very happy with the work and especially with how quickly they came out and that they finished that day. I will call them again if I have any other plumbing problems.

I moved into a new house and ran into a leak in a pipe within the foundation. It started off small and then went really bad. I did not notice it till after the first 2 months, because it was behind the kitchen cabinets and the garage wood panels. I had a couple of other plumbers look at it. BJ from Blount's gave me a good quote and a better plan. He was also good at handling the cabinets and the sheetrock, so I did not have to hire a separate handyman. He also saved me a lot of money by tactfully handling my kitchen cabinets.

The service was great. Professionalism was the greatest. They stated that they did not come out to a customer home, unless someone was there, even if it was a maintenance check. We will switch our contract to this provider.

They are very good and professional. They got there promptly and on time, and worked efficiently. I've used a lot of plumbers over the years and they really impressed me.

They answered their phone promptly and checked back with us regularly regarding the time of the appointment. One visit they came the same day of the phone call and the second visit four days later, they came the next day. Everyone we dealt with was polite and pleasant. The service people wore booties over their shoes. We will most definitely use them again should the need arise.
