glass repair
+ -1 moreWindshield installation was done in my daughter's driveway and took approximately one hour. I have been through several rainstorms and no leaks have occurred. Very good job!
Description of Work: I needed my windshield replaced because of a crack, and the technician came to my daughter's house in Troy to install a new windshield. He arrived at the scheduled time and the work was done promptly. When he was done, I took my grandchildren to lunch and noticed my "check engine" line was on, so I pulled over and called the repair service, because the light had not been on before. The technician was concerned and agreed to meet us at Long John Silver's, where we were going for lunch. Although he went to the other Long John's, we finally met up and he rechecked the installation and recommended that I have the light checked. After going to the dealers, I found out that the light was triggered by a sensor in the seat, and was not related to the installation at all. Both the technician and the man I spoke to on the phone were very responsive and professional in our dealings, and I will certainly consider using them again if the need should arise.
