+ -1 moreThe exterminator is friendly and the products they use work. The price is fair. When it rains the ants come back. All I have to do is make a phone call and they come to and treat again.

+ -1 moreHe did not even spray the garage until I asked him to, even though this is the area I told him was the biggest problem. I think his work outside was fine, I think the work inside was not. And he asked me to sign for the completed work and then when I asked if he had finished and did he do the garage he tried to laugh it off saying "I'm not done until I leave"

+ -1 moreThe representatives were polite and presented professional, but perhaps their 'special' was not at all special.
Description of Work: On Angie's List specials, I purchased a interior/exterior pest treatment. When contact had been made (and when they arrived), I asked only that the exterior be done to treat ants (and wasps if found). Less than 14 working days after the application [without looking as I expected no problems for at least a few months], I noticed another ant mound in my front yard. When I called Advantage, I was told that unless I had already purchased a maintenance program (I believe at a quarterly cost of $89.00), they would not address the new front yard citing. I find this practice demonstrative of poor customer service and clearly exemplary of poor (perhaps watered-down) product used. On the other hand, I had used another special offered through another entity whose cost were far less expensive on their special last year. Maybe specific to the agent or the company, Brandon [representing White Knight Pest Control and I believe also in his own business] had applied the ant control product and I noticed control for approximately 6 months.

+ -1 moreThe service was the best ever, even from the initial phone call to research who would be the best/easiest company to deal with. With all the companies available to service my area, I knew right away that this was the exterminator that would be taking care of my properties. They are very friendly and knowledgable. They didn't try to oversell me on things that I didn't need. They were very honest and seemed genuinely passionate with very good attention to detail. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control to anyone looking for an exterminator, or anyone who has one and wants a better one. I get my properties treated quarterly and I will never go back to a national chain. Great Job!!!

Description of Work: Roach pest control inside. Inspection, insecticide application, follow up treatment and provided useful tips on how to check cracks and crevice harborage areas, sanitation etc. Also treated outside for mosquitoes and ants.

Description of Work: Very informative and answered all questions. Sprayed inside and outside of home. With in days was bug free. I highly recommend these guys! Very affordable and great professionals.
