My initial contact seemed to be a good one, however, one of the ASM representatives was going on a brief vacation and asked me to email him and his partner what was needed. He told me his partner may contact me before he arrives back from vacay. His partner did not contact me after I sent them and email. I then contacted the original represeative and he sated he would call me back. Never heard from either one of them. Very dissapointed bing that I found thhis company on Angies list and familiar with any other surveyors.

It went great. Gregory Kogan, the land surveyor, spent a great deal of time and effort surveying my property. I needed the property lines staked out well bvefore receiving the maps and shortly after signing the agreement. Therefore, Gregory expedited the property stakeout which allowed my ample time to prepare for a major landscaping project on the borders of my property. Tjhe map exzceeded my expectations as well as it is quite detailed and includes all of the essential features of my property. Gregory is a very detailed oriented, accurate, professional and knowledgeable land surveyor and very pleasant and easy to work with. Also, pricing is very fair and competitive. I would recommend him for any land surveying project without question. Please note that I am a Retired Licensed Professional Engineer / Project Manager with over 40 years experience in the engineering and design of building facilities including land and geotechnical surveying and site development.
