They had to replace something that had gone out on the unit.

They were prompt. I've always gotten good service from them are I wouldn't keep calling them back. Cause I called him and I said I don't want you come over here and tell me I need a new air conditioner and he knocks on the door and I open and he said you need a new air conditioner he said I've been taking care this one for the last five years he said and every year I have o come and put new free on in because it got a leak he said i's that bad so I replace it.

Vic was easy to work with. We had some delays in construction that I kept him apprised of and once we were ready for him, he was there and took care of business. They did a quality job and I'd have no issue using Vic or his crew again.

I will recommend them to everyone I know. Called on Tuesday morning. They arrived Tuesday afternoon to assess the problem. Told us we need a new motor and they would order it. Called Thursday afternoon since the noise was unbearable to ask when they anticipated receiving the part for replacement. Vic told me he had the part and would send someone right over. They were here 20 minutes later. It is fixed. Not only does it not make any noise, it is warmer in our house. I cannot thank them enough for their service.

He was awesome. He was prompt, couteous and the job was completed. I would recommend them to somebody who lives there.

. They are great. They are very responsive. They come and fix problems. For the price we get a lot. They beat everyone in town by a lot. They are very professional. They are always on time. They are prompt. We thought there was something wrong they came out and checked that everything is right. They did a good job. We will use them in the future.
