Description of Work: I thought my chimney needed cleaning and a cap. They took a look and discovered my chimney was fine and put a cap on it. They were fast and honest and an absolute pleasure. Truly nice people and wonderful to deal with. Taught me a lot about chimneys.

Description of Work: Wearing a top hat, they arrived on time, examined our gas fireplace because it was making an odd smell. They diagnosed misplaced gas logs and an absence of sand to better distribute the gas. This resulted in unusual carbonization. They fixed the problem promptly and removed my damper clamp for free.

Description of Work: Ken and his wife arrived early (after calling to check) and neatly, politely performed the service which included inspecting, dusting gas logs and then at my request checked the clothes dryer vent and the turbine roof vent. They were careful with all items and left no trace behind. Would recommend them highly.
