Roznovak's Services has been providing residential and commercial HVAC services throughout the Austin, TX area since 1979. Our services include installation, replacement, repair and maintenance for air conditioning and heating systems and indoor air quality products. We are located at 1700 County Road 452, Taylor, TX 76574 but cover all the surrounding areas spanning from Georgetown to Austin. If your air conditioner needs help or if you’re considering installing a humidifier, give us a call. ROZNOVAK SERVICES CANT GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I spoke to Mr. Roznovak and he promised to visit me personally to look at the house and give me a quote. We scheduled the visit one week out but he never showed up. So I called again - they apologized and rescheduled the appointment. But nobody showed up for the second appointment either and again they did not have the courtesy to call me either.

My wife had a massive stroke, Emergency Room [Member Information Removed]. said that if she makes the night, she will never leave this hospital alive. 21 days later We were headed to months of therapy. Still disabled in a wheel chair and under my care, 24/7. I have not missed a day or night being by her side with her for 3 years. August 21st will be our 48th year anniversary. On the day this person posted this, it was Roznovak's Services 44th anniversary and this is my thanks. No there was no celebration, because my wife is no longer able to travel 100 yards to the office and no longer to be at my side for work as she was for the 1st 41 years. God First, Family second, my work or business is 3, 4 or 5. I do not apologize for the time being 2:05 and the appointment was at 2:00. God and my Family will always come first.

Service tech showed up on schedule and checked system. Freon was low and outdoor unit needed a bit of cleaning to expose all the cooling fins. After this, run time was much shorter and it cooled great.
Description of Work: A/C not cooling well.
