Rod Plumbing was A++++. They came on time and fixed our issue without delay. They even went the extra mile and fixed a small leak for us. I would highly recommend them. The plumber was polite and respectful and cleaned up after the job.

ROD Plumbing is A-ROD. Eddy came a couple of weeks ago and gave me a fair estimate to get a couple of things done. Once the parts arrived, getting an appointment was seamless. Eddy finished the job with great attention to detail in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous and obliged to every request I made in getting the project finished. I would whole heartedly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

ROD Plumbing really went above and beyond to make a sudden and shockingly catastrophic plumbing project manageable, especially over the holidays! Angel (the owner of the company) was incredibly responsive, everyone working for the company was studious, communicative, and showed up when they said they were going to! When we had to subcontract with an excavation company (like I said... sudden and shockingly catastrophic), ROD Plumbing worked with them to coordinate everything as quickly as possible, including the city inspectors and engineers all of the way to the end of the project. I hope you don't have the kind of project we did, but if you do, ROD Plumbing is definitely the right choice for the job!

I would recommend Rod Plumbing to anyone and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs. They were easy to schedule and contacted before arrival. They didn't try to upsell anything and their pricing was a LOT less than other quotes. They are very friendly and locally owned.

ROD plumbing was used for a large project for a new house build. At the time I was pretty happy with the service. However several things have transpired since. First the job was during Feb 2021 during the worst freeze in Texas history. ROD personally assured me that there would be no issues with how they were doing our setup (two tankless external heaters). Fast forward - I’ve had several issues with their shoddy work. During the freeze last year, a backflow valve burst and had to be fully replaced ($300 value). They repaired it and added insulation. Turns out this wasn’t enough and I had to get another plumber to fix their shoddy work which cost me another $300 to replace the valve. Now on to the tankless heaters. Turns out the Navien sales reps know these heaters are not well suited for sub-30 degree weather. Despite Rod telling me there would be no issue, well the only resolution from the Nvaien service rep was for Rod to tell its customers to constantly run HOT water to prevent freezing. At no point did Rod tell me this - in fact the technician told me when he came to fix the frozen pipe that that was his 5th one that day (and referred to the navien sales rep advice). To make matters worse - the fix the technician did created a new problem. Lastly Rod will charge you $250 per service call which is absurd in itself. I had their technician come out for an issue to find out it was a simple disconnect switch on the pipe. Took the plumber all of 2 minutes and he still insisted to be paid $250 for the call… Avoid at all costs - always get a second opinion.

He was very nice he said he was going to do 3 of my faucets for the price of 2.
