Description of Work: Initially we had half the windows on our home replaced by them. We were so happy with them we went ahead and had the remaining windows replaced by them as well. Then last year, after speaking with them at the Home and Garden Show about how the screens we had (we got the solar screens) were a lot darker then we expected they replaced them for us for no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We're glad you are enjoying your Ringer Windows! We like to use the BetterVue screen fabric since the Low-E 366 does all the work in crushing the Texas sun. We like that this screen fabric allows more visible light in to brighten up homes. Occasionally, clients are concerned about this increased visible light they will receive with the new windows since they are used to dark solar screens with their old windows. I'm glad you switched over to the BetterVue screen fabric! Enjoy the light!

Description of Work: We had all our windows replaced - 31 windows. A number of windows we changed to picture windows rather than windows that could be opened. The new windows were a really great upgrade to the house. We are happy we did it and should have done it sooner. We were using the sunscreens that really detracted from the look of the house and the view outside. The issue we had was that we were told it would take less than a week to complete the work. It was a good 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Thankfully we had the flexability to accomidate.

Ringer Windows is the only manufacturer of vinyl windows in Central Texas sold directly to homeowners and building professionals. We offer full replacement window services and direct sales. Early in 2013, Ringer Windows pre-announced the production of a new value-oriented Performa 3300 Window Series. Some of our clients were given the opportunity to pre-order these windows with a clause stating if the new windows were not available by our scheduled production release date, they would be able to upgrade to the premium Elite 5400 window at the same cost of the Value Performa 3300 windows. Unfortunately, the delivery of our production tooling equipment for the new production line was delayed. This was beyond the control of Ringer Windows. All of our pre-order clients, including this client, were extended the free upgraded Elite window for no additional charge during this extended pre-production timeframe. The upgraded Elite windows were installed without issue and the tenant loves them. We appreciate your continued business with Ringer Windows!
