A & B Sheet Metal and Roofing of Taylor Inc

I've heard good things about this contractor, but that must only be on new installations. We used them to replace all the screws and correct any flashing issues in our sheet metal roof a few years ago. But we continue to have problems; we still have flashing issues and have found a place where no screw was ever replaced. We had them come back to deal with these issues in Nov., but they said they would have to return to do additional work. They've never called back. My biggest problem is we don't get call backs. They can't usually give a firm date to check problems or to do the work. It's whenever they are in the area. We've finally decided not to use them anymore. We'll find another roofer. They may be great for new installs, but if we can't get them to follow up on repairs, we don't think we want them for a new installation.

Work was satisfactory. We had one issue. We requested that they give advance notice prior to initiating work so that we could secure our two dogs. They arrived without prior notice opened gate and let the dogs out. We spent two days looking for one of our dogs.

A and B was excellent. They were very efficient...they got the job done in two days. They put in quality materials and they had the most competitive price of all the estimates I got.

They were quick, professional and they did everything right. The flashing was right. They did not cut any corners. I had gotten two other bids and they wanted to cut corners and do things cheap, quick and dirty. They did not have the highest price. They were a couple thousand dollars down from the highest bidder. Their price was good. Their quality of work was good. Their responsiveness was great. I had a contract with them, so as soon as they had my down payment, they came two days later and started the work. They were very professional. They knew what to do and did it right in the order they needed to do. I would use them again in the future.
