Reliant told me I needed to replace the compressor in my ac unit. I called Griggs for a second opinion and they did more complete testing to isolate the problem, and found out it was just a capacitor. However, what impressed me was the technician had the experience to know what it was beforehand based solely on my description of an odd sound I heard on my initial phone call. Fixed it and the total cost was 1/5 the cost Reliant quoted me for the wrong part.

Very prompt at responding to my request. Looked at all factors and provided options on repair vs. replacement of A/C unit. Good attention to detail and provided good insight on options.

Super professional and showed up on time. Even checked to see if I wanted an earlier appointment which I accepted. Diagnosed a faulty capacitor and inspected the condenser unit fully. Recommended another part change but the house is getting flipped soon and the R22 unit is 20 years old so it will be someone else's problem. After verifying all is working, an email invoice was sent and then easily paid online. This was done with a renter in the house so it was all conferred remotely through a few calls. Joseph was great and hope to never see him again (after this house sells.) The invoice was a little pricey but for the quality of workmanship it could be worth it.

Joseph was honest, professional, friendly, and efficient. He seriously discussed the pros and cons of fixing my air conditioner and gave me a fair price, instead of just trying to talk me into buying a new one.

Another home run! I recently purchased a home with two HVAC systems and needed a new company to do my service as I moved outside my previous provider's service area. Chase and his guys came out within a couple days of my call and went through both systems top to bottom. Made suggestions for a couple minor repairs (same issues pointed out by my inspector prior to purchasing the house). I had him perform all the work and not once did he try and up-sell me on anything. Liked them so much I purchased a semi-annual service contract. Honorable guys that do good work for a fair price. Highly recommend them!

They called me, showed up a little later and fixed what needed fixing. They did a good job, answered all my questions, and I will use them again if need be. I would definitely recommend them.

They came out to check my ac and said the fan needed to be replaced. After I declined to replace the fan they charged me $100 a pound for two pounds of coolant. I had someone come out a couple days later from another ac company. He said the fan was fine but probably needs to be replaced at some point. He said all it needed was coolant for both units which was both dry. And it was done for only $45 a pound. Now the ac is running fine. I wasted over $230 with Griggs and I could have been more.

They worked hard, did the maintenance they needed to do. They gave recommendations. They procured the equipment and got it fixed. Everything was really good. Kind and professional.

They were a bit pricey but did a good job for me.

If I could give them 10 stars on all points I would! Excellent work, arrived on time, went above and beyond when addressing my concerns. Excellent customer service and follow-up. Ryan came back the next day to configure the thermostat to the wifi and bring an extra filter. You will not regret hiring this company, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They cleaned up so well after themselves that I couldn't tell workmen had been here!
