First and foremost, our tech was here exactly when promised. No waiting around, no wondering when they'd show up. The needed repairs were done quickly, professionally and friendly. It was a pleasure have our technician in our home. After some helpful tips as to how to prevent the same problem in the future, he was out the door to his next challenge. Five Star rating is too low....I'd go 9 or 10 if I could.

I was charged for outside unit cleaning for $100.00, but saw that cleaning was not done and had the charge removed from my bill. The drain line and pan are still not level and condensation is filling up in the drain pan again. Except for getting a new drain pan, the quality of service and the service techs honesty are unacceptable.

Griggs Mechanical LLC called me and came out this evening 40min after we talked, they were here! had my AC fixed within 1 Hr!! Great service, !! They now have a customer for life!!!

Ryan the service tech for us contacted me at 9am the morning after I filled out a form on HomeAdvisor. Ryan and his helper were out to our house within a short time. By late that afternoon, they knew there was a serious problem caused by the service company we had called on 4/18/18. It was a deliberate act that caused our system to be destroyed. They thought at first that they had caught it in time and had it repaired, but it only worked about 18hrs and died. They came out the next day and replaced the system, they worked hard and very late to get us AC again. It is working perfectly and although it was expensive, it was not as bad as it could have been. Chase, the owner, called first thing this morning, to make sure all is well and asked us to contact them during the heat of the day to make sure there are no problems. We now have a yearly service contract with them and they will be doing all the service on the system from now on. The original company was StyleCrest, they installed it and did the service and damage to the system. I hope they enjoy the $188 service fee, it will be the last penny they get from us. We will refer Griggs Mechanical LLC to everyone we know. Thanks Chase, Ryan and the gang that saved us. Amanda, Jeff and Oliver

Very nice guys! They figured out the problem and fixed it quickly.

These guys were amazing! Our problem was far from the norm and they stuck with it and solved it. I really appreciate Chase, Justin, Jay ,David and the other young man (didn't get his name). Thanks guys!
