 + -1 moreThey returned my call promptly at a time when roofing firms in the area were quite busy. They provided excellent documentation and a detailed estimate that was consistent with the final invoice. They responded well to a variety of communication methods; kept in touch with me by phone, email, text. Overall, the work went well. The crew was courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. They could have done a little better at protecting the window screens and magnetically cleaning the yard. I found a couple of new tears in the screens. I walked over the yard with a magnetic sweeper after they left and pulled up over 1 lb of orphaned nails. I was glad that I took the time to do this before mowing the lawn.
Description of Work: Removed old roof and installed new roof.
