"Unfortunately, I have to give these people a start, even though they don't deserve it, and I suspect their good reviews are likely fake. Please be cautious and don’t let them scam you. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can’t ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers."

But I trusted the young man not to take advantage of a old woman on a limited income. I believe I was taken advantage of. I'm embarrassed to tell anyone how much I'm paying! And they applied their invisible product over some bird crap in the front of the house! I don't understand how the reviewers are so pleased unless they paid lot less than I'm paying!!!"
