+ -1 moreI called this company because my downstairs a/c unit stopped blowing cold air. The company called me when they were close to my home, so that I could meet them and limit my time off work. The repairman and his helper checked the unit and determined the problem in less than five minutes. He had the part on hand and immediately replaced an electrical part on the a/c unit. Then he checked to make sure that the air was blowing cold again. He checked the freon level and general condition of the unit. They completed the service call in well under an hour. One of the few service providers that didn't try to sell me something expensive or unnecessary. I felt they were totally honest and above-board. Very professional. Great communication, excellent service and extremely reasonable cost!
Description of Work: The air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. The repairman checked the unit and determined that the contacter component was bad. He had one with him and quickly replaced the component. He did a general health check of the unit, including freon level.
