I called Xtreme air service at about 11am this morning because I was confused on what Angie's list coupon I should buy to get someone to come out and assess the situation with my A/C and get it fixed...I spoke with a woman named Angie, and she was VERY helpful! When she sensed over the phone that I was in a bad situation and needed someone to come out today, she did everything possible to have a team come out ASAP...the team arrived at my house to assess the situation a little before 1PM. Lindell and Able were very courteous and they really sought to help me as much as they could, in EVERY aspect. After their assessment they determined I needed a new outside A/C unit, and given my current hardship situation with my Mom having emergency surgery 3 weeks ago, they worked with me both on price and to get a new unit out and installed today! Praise God, I was SOOO happy and my Mom was ecstatic! Joseph & Roland, made it out to the house at about 7pm and they worked quickly to properly install the outside unit. Not only did they install the unit, but they offered tips to reduce energy costs, and talked through all my questions about properly maintaining A/C units, vents, and filters...Xtreme Air really saved our lives today in the 104 degree heat! I am so appreciative of these guys and would DEFINITELY do business with them and refer others to them in the future! God bless Xtreme Air...THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

I called the provider around 9am and explained what i thought the problem was. he gave me a qoute and i agreed because i had no alternatives. other guys were charging a lot more than Xtreme air service. He estimated time of arrival to be 11.30am and he arrived 15minutes earlier. Overall, I was satisfied with the service though I don't understand why everybody charges such high prices for a small thing. I could have done it if the parts store were open.

I have to preface this story by telling you our unit had been sitting unused since the end of last summer when it went out. My husband called these guys from an ad he found in the Val-Pak. Lindel responded to his call coming out to our house to give us a free estimate. He was happy to have Sam walk around with him and ask questions. He showed him how to see a leak and where our unit was challenged. Unfortunately or fortunately (depending on how you look at it) we have a two piece system and the part in our attic had a huge leak and was tired and worn out. He gave us pricing to replace it all or to replace the attic unit only. We elected to go with the attic repair. The only downside to the experience is that they were late arriving and late to leave. Apparently my crew had 3 installer types and one technician type. The technician type didn't come to work that day and he had all the right tools and the experience that probably would have helped them diagnose the problem when they couldn't get the system running. They called for help and another technician showed up and quickly identified the problem and we were on our way again. The next night which is a Saturday at about 9pm our outside unit motor started making a bunch of noise when it came on (not their fault - remember I said it had been sitting for months and months?). I call - they come......on a Saturday night. wow Lindel says he can replace the motor, but he doesn't have that part on his truck or we can try to lube the motor and see if that solves the problem. Well lubing sounds like a better price to me, so we lube it. Sound stops, Lindel says "no charge" and goes on his way.... wow again. Fast forward to Tuesday night and the lube doesn't fix the problem so we call again, at 10:30 pm this time. They answer, they promise a technician first thing in the a.m. Again, I get Lindel and we replace the motor. He did offer me a really good deal if I wanted to replace the whole unit, but said he thought the motor replacement would do the trick. So the net/net: Saving money was really important to me, so the multiple steps we had to take to get everything running was my choice and the most important thing to me was that they gave me CHOICES. Unheard of in my experience, so thank you Xtreme Air Services for working with me on MY terms. They are a family owned business - they are going to answer the phone when you call OR they're going to call you right back. I think they're awesome. If money is no object, you can run with any AC contractor out there. If you are frugal or money it just tight at the moment for whatever reason and a repair is an important option for you, these guys are terrific.

Overall, it was good work. Their responsiveness was also really good.

Juar find they did a very good job

I called another company. The technican showed me some wires that appeared to have recently been burned or cut. I payed $235.00 for repairs, which incuded replacement of wires. This was approximately $1500.00 less than Extreme was asking for.

They did a good job. They were timely, professional, and I would definitely recommend them! I am unsure how the price compares because I did not do much shopping around.

It went very well! Justin was the salesperson I dealt with. He was courteous and kept in touch. They matched competitor's prices, and offers. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Xtreme.

DEFINITELY the best deal I found, they gave me TRANE units and all labor which included some minor repairs for just over $4000. Everyone else around that price was for cheaper, off brands. They were very quick, could schedule me within 2 days. I did need them to come back because they forgot to connect the furnace to the gasoline but they took care of it that same day I called. However they did arrive later than they said they would that day but shoot ill take tardiness for same day service any day.

Overall it was absolutely wonderful. Like I already said, this is a great company. They were on time, thorough, and polite. I could not ask for anything more in a company. I really feel as if they have not lost the meaning to customer service like so many other companies. I even made sure to participate in the customer survey when the office called back to see how everything went. I let them know how wonderful the technician was and how great the unit was working!

My experience was great. I have never had such a good experience with an A/C company than I have had with them. The office even checked in after the work was done to make sure that the technician, Matthew, was courteous and that everything went the way I wanted. When they asked what I would rate them I gave them a 20 even though the highest was a ten. The gentlemen that came answered all my questions, never lost his patience, and was completely professional. He seemed very knowledgable about what he was saying and like he enjoyed his job, which was comforting. I would recommend this business to anyone, because you can just tell that they truly care about the customer and not just making a dollar.
