after him reviewing and checking it out, he was able to identify some issues and advised to have us replace rather than repair. He was very respectful and willing to help by providing different options. due to the amount, we had to go an alternate route. had to pay a service call.

After a bit of a timing/address mixup (due to Angies List not forwarding a deals purchase to the provider), things went well. Provider arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and made recommendations about what could be done. That was why I had the provider over to the house. So, I was happy.

I've had a good experience. They're an A+. They're excellent.

We've been happy with them. We haven't really had any problems. They come out every year and do a yearly service and everything. It's always good otherwise I would say I wouldn't keep using them. Always pretty correct at the scheduled appointments and they're prompt and I've never had any issues with them, I mean they've always just done a good job- exactly what I want them to do.

We had to call them back to adjust some stuff. My interaction with them was okay. The work turned out okay. I would recommend that they should make sure their work is complete before they leave. They should make sure if everything's done properly before they actually leave. The quality of the work was okay.

Had a horrible experience with them. They told me all these things were wrong with my unit but there was nothing wrong. Run fast if they call you.

My AC was leaking and flooded one of my bedrooms. I called Xtreme Air Services and two other companies around 6pm. Xtreme Air was willing to come late at night (originally a 11pm - 1am window) without an additional after hours fee. The technician arrived 2 hours early at 9pm and determined my drain was clogged. He quickly cleared out the clog and installed an overflow cutoff valve. He was very professional and knowledgable. From scheduling to service, it was a very positive experience.

Reuben was very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to come out after hours even when he was on his way home. Pricing was very good for after hours call.

This HVAC company has a very good service cal charge - $30, and they refund it if you use them for repair. But that is where is ends. They wanted to charge me $155 to replace a short piece of electrical wire (<1 foot), and which only takes 2 minutes to replace. Even though it was clear that s short piece of wire was burnt out, they also wanted me to replace the Connector and the capacitor (as a precaution) for about $300 each. I just used them for service call and then replaced the wire myself - my system is working fine now. I would stay away from this company.

Reuben and Anthony were professional, personable and very skilled, really a joy to work with. They first came out to give an estimate on the job. We scheduled the work for the following day. They were right on time and quickly got to the job. The gas line was checked back to the meter, the old grill was sawed off its post. New connectors were placed on the gas line and the new grill took the place of honor. I wish there were an A+++ rating, that is much more representative of the quality of their work I don't know when I have been more pleased with a company.

It went well. He recommended to change something and so I had to bring somebody else who has already fixed the problem. Apart from that everything went fine, he told me what needs to be done.

Very good. They were here about six months ago. The service was very good.

Used an Angies list "Deal." Provider arrived on time, and serviced both furnaces. Also cleaned up after himself. I was happy.

All services were performed as indicated. Very satisfied with technician. Called them back for heater inspection. Would recommend and use again.

Technician was engaged to do a heating tune up. He pointed out however that in view of the summer approaching imminently, it would be more useful to do an Air Conditioning Tune Up instead at the same price. We agreed. He completed the job in good time and pointed out that a connector needed replacing. He gave us a quote for the additional work required.

This was a preventative tune up. My AC was working. I paid extra to have my other AC unit inspected but after the tech left, I noticed that the second outside unit hadn't even been vacuumed as evidenced by the leaves that remained. The tech told me that all was fine even though I told him that one unit was turning on then immediately turning off. Two weeks later I called another company out because my AC was not shutting off. They had to replace a faulty part that, if not replaced, could have burnt up my unit.

My AC stopped working Sunday evening on the 16th around 7 p.m., after calling several companies, Xtreme dispatched one of their employees to check out my unit - it was a forgone conclusion, the unit need to be replaced, but he was able to "patch" the unit up to keep it running and providing some cooling for the night. The very next morning, Jake and Javier arrived with my new unit and by days end had it installed and I have been enjoying the cool air ever since. My praises to Xtreme to come out on a Sunday evening and within 24 hours had a new unit installed at my house. Jake and Javier worked extremely hard, for several hours in a very hot attic to take out and install my new unit. Their hard work, professionalism and attention to detail was very impressive and I appreciate their hard work very much - Xtreme is lucky to have such great employees. Xtreme will be my first go to with any AC/Heating needs that I come across for my home.

I was trying to fix mothers thermostat, I had replaced which I have done a few before in my house without problem, but then it would not turn on. I called them up and explained what was going on, they had told me that they could have someone out between 10-12 which wasn't bad since it was 8am when I called. I had expected what everyone thinks it would be 12 or after before they got there. I was proven way wrong they called me about 9:30 saying tech was on there way and would be there in about 15-20 min. I thought wow a service that is on time and calls you to let you know they are on way. Josh arrived to house and I explained what was going on, and I do know some of what I am doing, he took a look at the thermostat that I was replacing said it was hooked up correctly, went into attic and noticed that the fuse was blown. He told me how much it would be for him to replace part, I informed him that I could take care of it now that I know where fuse was and that there was another breaker in attic not just the one in panel. He only charged me the service call fee which was great, because there are other services that would charge service call, remove all I had done then charge me for repair and reinstall. This is what I call integrity. Later on that day there was another issue where air was running but not cooling, called them back and they gave me another time for them to come back. Again phone call before they got there was on time and was extremely friendly. This time it was confusing to tech as to why it was not cooling, after a few min it was working and noticing that wiring was mixed up coming from unit so the fan would come on but coil would not kick on, so now everything fixed and working well. I know I will use them for all my future issues for my house and my mothers. Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and upstanding. I am going to be needing new units at my house and will be going with them. Wish other services would treat you like xtreme does.

Service went well. They were prompt and very professional. He gave me good advice. He found the problem and fixed it. He also made further recommendations for preventative maintenance for the future.

I initially contacted Xtreme on July 4. This company actually does take calls off hours. They were pleasant and professional (even though I think I interrupted a family event). The emergency call was scheduled for July 4, but I had to cancel due to someone not able to be there. No problem. Another event occurred, so I called Xtreme again. Within a few hours, a technician arrived, and handled the problem. Xtreme offers an senior discount and other coupons online. They always listen to the customer's side of the story. They are helpful, gracious, and understanding. Thanks again to Joseph (our tech), Patrick, Kathy, Angie (office staff and dispatchers), and Eddy (owner). It was a great experience to deal with these people. ..."we serve our customers as if they were part of our family!" That's on their website, and they mean it.

From start to finish our experience with Xtreme Air Services was awesome! This company is amazing - they're professional, and affordable. he worked on the unit. said it was good and that he had many working older units. answered my questions. however he did not have a "report of work done".

Tech arrived on time and got the job done. He claimed that the filter (permanent type) did not need cleaning. Probably it should have been cleaned.
