We certainly had a lot of options to get this work done, extreme air came in with a good price and good reputation. There was a small snafu with the original install, but their inspector was out as a routine follow up the same day and noted a few things he did not like. They came back out the next morning, and then less than an hour and corrected cleaned and completed the job to our 100% satisfaction. I know who to call for AC issues in the future.

Being a holiday weekend I reached out to many companies and Angie in dispatch is the only one that said I will have a tech call and they did. My house was up to 98 degrees and we had tried everything we knew and it just was not working. Joseph reaches out to me and my husband over FaceTime and walked us through the whole process and it was simple. We had replaced the thermostat cause the old one stopped working and we didnâ t get the wiring right and Joseph walked us through fixing it. He was and awesome person who took time from his time off to help a family in need. Eddie Ray you have a great team and have got them doing great things for your customers. I have a Heatalator fireplace that needed to be serviced. The service person would not take off the glass front so it could be cleaned. I do not believe he really knew how to service the fireplace. The initial problem is still occuring sometimes. $89 for nothing!

I am real impressed with Xtreme Air. 1 call, same day service ( Saturday ). They sent out Vinny. Nice guy, easy to communicate with. Found our issue, pointed it out and explained what he could do right then to remedy it. I 100% will be calling them back out to take care of the long term fix.

They came out quick and did a good job but they were overpriced. The tech at least explained the charges and tried to make it up and was very nice. Juan Rangel was a very good technician, did a great job, and explained everything over the phone.
