On time for appointment always call were very friendly and honest

The initial diagnosis was a leaking evaporator coil which is a big ticket item. After replacement a follow up inspection revealed another leak in the outside compressor line which is a lesser cost item. This begged the question of whether or not the coil actually had a leak. There was no additional charge for fixing the compressor line.This all may have been legit but I have been taken to cleaners over the the years and have become a skeptic. At any rate the unit runs fine now.

More expensive than their competitors but their customer service was spot on. Hopefully it continues.
