Called Swan to flush / clean our French drains. Very poor experience, start to finish. Our house is on a small lot, 0.15 acres. Swan quoted us $1,200+ to flush our drain system. Seemed pricey, but we agreed to pay it. When they got to our house, they realized their equipment wasn’t working. They sat in our driveway for 5+ hrs waiting for someone to bring them the right equipment. My wife and I had to work so we didn’t get to see them complete the job… big mistake. Less than 6 weeks later, the drains were completely clogged again. When I inspected closer, looked like Swan completely ignored the drains on one side of the house. The manager was incredibly unhelpful on the phone, said it might be normal for drains to quickly re-clog based on debris. But we had our gutters completely cleaned (incl downspouts) and new guards installed a week before Swan showed up, so his explanation doesn’t pass the sniff test. Only solution he offered was another $1,200+ visit or a monthly subscription for $1,000/mo, which is laughable given the size of our yard. Very poor experience. Overpriced, unprepared, and didn’t stand by their work.

I had one AC not working in very hot Frisco, TX , Called Swan Electric, they came same day, checked and quoted me 729 dollars for a bad capacitor, I got it done and paid as I wanted to fix the problem ASAP as my kids and family was suffering, minutes late I checked online and capacitors are 20-50 dollars, I called them back and they told me that I signed the estimate, I told them that I was not informed about options and this is a fraud and I want supervisor or owner, they told me that no one is here, This is fraud and taking advantage of customers in difficult situation. I have cancelled the check, I want them to refund money that they charged extra, I will pay the fair price for technician's visit. I called my bank and stopped payment on check issued. I am hoping this issue will be resolved. I will NOT RECOMMEND SWAN ELECTRIC without looking into the details of charges. I my self willnot approve any charges before searching for its authenticity.

To give a quote and understand what needs to be done 79 dollars ( claims industry standard ) To repair a pipe he quoted 1789 To replace the pipe he quoted 15k I got it done with no drama for 500 dollars I refused to pay the 79 dollar industry standard for quoting Worse the incessant calling for lying the invoice for the rip off

DO NOT USE SWAN - INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED and DISHONEST. Approximately 2 years ago we hired Swan to replace our 3 AC units. As soon as the summer heat started we noticed significant humidity problems including the warping of our wood floors and mold coming out of the air ducts. We notified Swan of the issues and after multiple service calls they admitted that they had sold and installed units that were oversized for our house. They agreed to replace the units and asked us to pay an additional $5k. That offer was rejected and they eventually replaced the units for free. INCOMPETENT Round II - despite their remediation issues as soon as the heat returned the problems returned. The humidity in our house is consistently over 70%. Once again we reached out to Swan to resolve the issue. After multiple visits and their own employees admitting that it was their problem Swan essentially threw up their hands and said we can't help you. I paid another company to come in and assess the work completed. Within an hour they identified the issues - essentially Swan only partially fixed the initial problem. UNQUALIFIED When we purchased the units we were given a certificate that promised a 100% moneyback guarantee if we were unsatisfied with anything. When I asked for a refund they stopped answering my calls. I have contacted them multiple times and asked them for a refund and they do not respond. Looks like we are going to have to take them to court to get resolution. If that what is what it takes - I am willing to do it. DISHONEST DO NOT MAKE the same mistake that we made. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They do not know what they are doing and they will not honor their commitments.

I had the best experience with SWAN Plumbing Heating and Air. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. When my sink faucet leaked under the sink, I called them and April was so nice. She was polite, sweet, and truly cared about my needs. She sent someone over within the next hour or two. Nick was beyond amazing. He seemed to know what he was doing, and fixed my plumbing needs, immediately. I couldn't say enough good things about this company! Prices were extremely reasonable and I'd overall give this company a 10/10! I will forever be customer of theirs! Thank you SWAN Plumbing Heating and Air!
