 + -1 moreNow, I don't have a problem if someone is either (1) too Busy (2) unable to perform the service or (3) just too lazy to do it but common decency and professional courtesy dictates a return phone call to say "Sorry, not interested" Its just plain rude and disrespectful and goes towards the general substance of the person and that sort of person I would not trust in my house or to do any work for me.
Description of Work: Contact Geoff Wallace for a estimate of completely replacing our kitchen cabinets and island as we were do a kitchen remodel. He came out same day to take measurements and appeared to be willing to do the work but that was the last we have seen or heard from him. No estimate was ever sent No return phone calls after multiple attempts Nothing...
