Economy A/C & Heating

Technicians super friendly and nice, but system went from being in limp mode to not working at all. This is a lake house, but Economy office person wanted me to work to their schedule instead of my schedule. Then they closed my claim! Then they hung up the phone on me, requesting that I sue them to get satisfaction. If you want to be treated like trash, give them a try, you will enjoy it.

The tech arrived on 1/29 after we called about our heat being out & the smoke alarm going off. Came right away because of the safety issue. Found the problem quickly, but due to the age of our system (36 yrs) parts were no longer available. Office called about our options. We decided to replace the unit due to age & past repairs. They were able to come out first thing the next day & stayed until the job was done. They did a professional job that looks much better than the previous installation. They did everything they said they would. Couldn't ask for a better job at a better price.

All went well. Called themon a Friday, didn't respond til Monday. Would have liked service on Friday, but It was late. Installed new airhandler and fixed unit in a professional manner.

They made it before there planned time and called to make certain it was OK to come earlier. They immediately said our equipment would need replacing due to obsolescence. We are awaiting to hear from American Home Shield regarding a second opinion.
