I recently moved into my place and had new electric washer and dryers I needed to be installed, Dave quickly responded and even grabbed a piece for my dryer I was missing before he arrived.

It went well he was very determined to please me I will hire him again is a very good person.

We had a varied list of things where we needed a handiman's help. When we called, Dave promptly responded and was able to schedule a time later in the week for the work. Most of the tasks were things a handiman frequently does. But in two cases, Dave made a significant difference. First, we asked him to replace several florescent bulbs in a fixture. He discovered that the fixture also needed a ballast replaced. He quoted the cost to us to do the work and then suggested using an LED instead with estimated costs for that too. That made it easy for us to make a decision. The work he did to replace the entire fixture was completed neatly and everything worked perfectly. Secondly, we asked him to do some unusual and difficult carpentry to close up a shelving wall. He gave us his recommendations and took our suggestions and concerns into account. Again, an excellent job. Dave spent the day on work we identified. He supplied all material needed. When we get another list of tasks together, we will call Dave again.

Dave did everything he promised, and we're quite pleased with the results.

Dave removed a ceiling fan that no longer worked and replaced it with a new one. Going above and beyond, he took the down rod off of the old fan so the new fan would hang exactly the same. He was super easy to work with and very professional. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

He is a very talented handyman. He will answer his phone when you call and come fix anything just about in your home and he can’t fix it he will call someone he knows.

Dave had a tight schedule but delivered a good service

David did an excellent job on my project. It involved installing a pair of side panels (and removal of the ones that had been there) for the garage door, so that when the garage door went up and down it doesn't rub against them. Dave was very thoughtful when selecting the side panels, and thought of a great solution to the problem that I had not even been aware of. He was prompt, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and excellently, and the amount I needed to pay was consistent with what he told me earlier (which was a reasonable price). Am very satisfied with the work, and I will definitely ask for Dave's assistance again.

Dave determined that the front door’s handset needed to be replaced. He came back the next day after I had bought the product and installed it quickly. Front door works great now!

Dave was awesome. Came to a Rental Property I had in Spring and showed up on time. I had a row of kitchen cabinets that were hanging over the stove that past tenants had put way too much weight on and they started to come off the wall about a half inch from the top. Called him on a Wednesday and he was willing to come look at it the next day and fixed it right there. We went to Home Depot for parts and he spent time over supporting the cabinet so it would not fall in the future. While he was there, he helped me fix a ceiling light fixture that was hanging over the stairs and hard to get to. He is someone I will use again as he is pretty knowledgeable and professional. Very easy to talk to and pricing was very adequate for his time, experience, and travel. Would absolutely recommend and use him again.

They did great work and all within a couple of hours and at a reasonable price. Mr. Roundtree responded immediately, arrived as scheduled and worked with me on price. I highly recommend.
