Mr. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, Costs was reasonable, especially considering the custom modifications required in order to hang the mirror safely and exactly where I wanted it! Very accommodating!

Dave Roundtree and his team were amazing. Dave was very responsive throughout the entire process. When they arrived at our place they were both very friendly and also professional. Not also did they do a great job at replacing the toilet but they also made sure that they didn't leave any mess behind. Dave also fixed my front door as an "additional bonus" while he was waiting for his colleague to finish up something. I strongly recommend Dave for any work. He is great to work with and his price is reasonable.

It was fine. Everything was fine. He was very professional and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. It was very timely and I felt very comfortable using him. My husband thought the price was a little higher than we thought we were going; because he thought he was going to be able to do it himself, so he didn't expect it to cost a hundred dollars to get another faucet. But then when he decided he had to go and get one he said he guessed that's okay. I might use him again. I have a couple more items that we'd like to get done.

Dave replaced our toilet. He noticed the flange needed to be replaced as well so he went to Home Depot, purchased the flange and replaced it too. Everything went well without any problems at all.

Dave replaced two sink faucets/knobs and one shower head/knobs. Dave did a great job with the replacement of the plumbing fixtures. Everything went very smoothly. Dave went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I know I can count on him for future repairs or upgrades when they are needed.

The tile repair went well. Prompt response and job done in one day. Would hire again.

Great work on moving fixture. The flashing and pressure washing done was very well, but the brick work still show some leaking/draining in the area. Not like it was before though, but still ...not sure what else can be done...

Dave did an excellent job on the toilet install that I had purchased via the coupon. I had asked him to give me quotes for a few other jobs I needed done while he was here and before you know it all of the work was done. He even ran to the local hardware store to pick up the new door locks. I will definitely call him again.

Dave and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. The work was completed in three days. They capped off our plumbing, installed drywall, painted, and installed tile. Dave was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about every step. I would highly recommend him for any job remodel.

On site estimate given on day of first contact. Work performed on the next morning. On time, professional, excellent work and clean up. Granite removed and edges sealed. Reduced price when the job did not take as long as planned. Arranging for pick up of old range at no charge. Good information tips on new range install and care of granite. Planning another handyman job soon.

Dave arrived on the day and time we had arranged. Dave looked at the 6 jobs, gave us a price and began working immediately. We had already purchased most of the materials, i.e. disposal, light, camera, etc. Dave and his helper replaced the garbage disposal, replaced a ceiling light, replaced a security camera, secured a utility cabinet to the wall, repaired a panel on our screened in porch, and re-hung a decorative shutter. All of the jobs were completed in about 1 and 1/2 hours. This is the 4th time we have used Dave in the last 3 years and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely use Dave again.

Dave is very courteous, prompt, and professional. On the second day of work, he came to the condo in the afternoon working around my schedule because I had a prior commitment. This impressed me a lot since I had experienced handymen before who worked on THEIR schedules. When I had a question, he texted or called me right away. When I asked him to give me a written estimate, he didn't have a form/paper, so we wrote on my notebook that I have for my rental and he signed it. This gave me reassurance that he would not change the estimated price after the work was done. It is very difficult to find a handyman for small jobs. As a landlord, little things always come up and it becomes quite a task to find someone to complete the work. I had used Dave for another small job at the same rental a few years ago. He hires workers who are very meticulous and know what they are doing. I will definitely hire him again.
