Dave was very responsive and friendly. When I called to set up the appointment, he was able to immediately come and take care of the jobs I needed done. He also took the time to go through a list and provide estimates. I would definitely use again in the future for any handyman work.

Dave is a nice person to work with. He showed up on time with a helper as the front and back doors had to be removed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom. I will be calling him again for other jobs around the house. Only complaint was the front closet door was scraped and needs some paint, but I'm sure that was due to the tiny working area. Not a real problem.

The few odd jobs I had went really well and I would highly recommend. Responsiveness was immediate and I was very pleased with how quick they were. I even asked that my plant hangers be rehung and Dave came back to fix them with no issues. We are new to the area and need handymen/carpenters we can trust. Will definitely be using them again.

I was very happy with Dave and his crew. They were genuinely nice and professional. The work was completed on time and they cleaned everything up nicely as well. I’ve got a few more jobs around the house and Dave and crew will be the first ones I call when I’m ready.

Dave comes with another worker so maybe that's why the price is slightly higher than others. It was worth it though as he was punctual and did great work.

In the last two years, Dave and his team did a lot of handyman work for my house including installing ceramic tiles for two bathrooms, repairing leaking ceiling, installing four toilet seats and 10+ smoke alarms, and etc. Overall, the price is the BEST among all the quotations that I got. The quality of work is fairly good. Highly recommended.

Dave arrived on time and got straight to work with his assistant. The work was done quickly and am very happy with the outcome.

Sent one of his tech out, who did all he can to get it fixed and got the job done. Had to replace the main shut off valve. It was old and stuck in the shut off position. Dave kept calling to check in and to give me updates.

Was a very positive experience. Wonderful communication and provided the proper information and what I needed to get the project done. Recovered what was needed from Home Depot & Lowe's. Installed the next day.

I had called a few other handymen before Dave who were unable to perform the work, as it required carpentry skills. Dave was able to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. I was very pleased with the end product.

Very, very well! Dave shows up when he says he will, gives an honest and accurate opinion of what he can fix, and fixes it. He doesn’t mind coming for the little things and is very pleasant and professional to be around. He also charges a fair fee for his labor (sometimes I feel like other’s base their stated fees on my zip code) but with Dave it’s a straight forward pay for services rendered. Usually I have my husband negotiate fees, etc, but I feel comfortable that Dave is requesting a fair rate so I sort it.

It went well. Although, the date and time they were coming for the repair was not clear. It still went well. I would use them again. They did an awesome job on the fence for the price.

Overall Dave did a good job. He was responsive, punctual and asked me to review each installed piece.

Nine days before Christmas and our kitchen (10 foot) ceiling light dies. Great timing. Dave and his helper responded very quickly, replaced the ballast, and we now have light again. I'm very pleased with Dave's quick response and quality of work, and will definitely contact him for any future needs.

We had had a new front door installed and needed new trim and paint. The new trim fit perfectly and paint was exactly what we wanted.

Dave sent Enrique and he resolved the issue promptly.

This was our second time hiring Dave's company. He came last year to hang a 65 inch media cabinet on the wall. We noticed that the glass doors were slightly asymmetrical, an error from the manufacturer. They were nice enough to fix the cabinet doors so that the cabinet hung properly. He was also nice enough to move a heavy sofa from our downstairs bedroom to an upstairs bedroom. This year we called him back to replace a flat screen in our upstairs living room. The company who initially installed the TV were not able to have it flush enough to the wall so that we could close the doors to the media cabinet. Dave was able to get this done. We're happy with his work and won't hesitate to hire him again and again.
