Mr. Rountree was punctual, professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Will use him again for other jobs within his field of expertise.

Dave was the perfect Handyman for my job. He was good with communication and on-time. He assessed the work and gave a quote on the first visit. He also discussed replacement part quality and seemed interested in making sure I was getting good quality parts but not excessively costly ones. He was quick in fixing and fine-tuning the leaking toilet. It was obvious he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. The door lock also works great now. His rate was very fair. Highly recommended!

Dave was very responsive when I left a message on a Sunday morning. He squeezed me in on Monday to do my small job that required a little creativity. He came when he said he would, promptly completed the job. His prices were lower than other handymen contacted to come in for the same task. We were pleased with his service and have asked him to come back on another day to complete some other handyman services

I have used Dave Roundtree numerous times now for small jobs around the house (doorbell install, door repair, power wash and solar panel install) and he has done an excellent job every time. Great work at a decent price. Highly recommended!

Dave was extremely personable when he arrived. I had an issue with my closet doors and he fixed them right away. Not only were they fixed, but they ended up working better then when they were installed years ago. No doubt, I will call Dave anytime I'm in need of a good handyman.

Dave did a great job. He installed the new faucet flawlessly and left the area clean. It was a tough job and yet he got id done fairly quickly.

The work went well, but it took long time for the contractor to respond, and it appeared that the work specifics were not communicated to the actual technician doing the work, so a few things could be done better by this contractor.

I have used Dave before so I did not worry about calling him again. He and Enrique came on the day and time he told me. The work was finished quickly and I paid him. A few days later I realized that a small thing had not been done so I called him. He could not come right away but came as soon as he could and finished the job.

Mr. Roundtree responded immediately to our online request for a quote and we arranged a time whereby he could come to our home to provide an estimate. He came exactly on time and presented in a very friendly, courteous, professional manner. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently and professionally. Fortunately, it needed only to be repaired and not replaced. The cost was very fair for the work performed. We would certainly utilize the services of Mr. Roundtree again and would recommend him to our friends. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful handyman.

Dave was very fast to respond asking about details, needs, etc. We were able to coordinate getting the work performed in under a week and Enrique did a very good job, was very courteous and someone that I would recommend to a friend. He was replacing several light fixtures that were having issues.

The Moen shower valve has been leaking and needed the cartridge replaced, but because of the age of the valve (over 12 years) and a badly stripped Allen nut in the valve handle, I had serious doubts whether it can be repaired. Dave Roundtree worked tirelessly and methodically to carefully drill through the handle without damaging the valve, and replaced the cartridge and fixed the leak. Only the handle needed to be replaced which saved a big expense of entire valve replacement. I recommend Dave without any reservation and will ask for his services again without hesitation. Thanks.

I contacted Dave Roundtree to help with replacing rusted/old light fixtures outside the house as well as inside, as well as replacing the flip style light switches with the decoration switches, along with electrical outlets which have been painted over by previous owner. Enrique performed the electrical work under Dave’s supervision and guidance, and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend them and without any hesitation. Thanks.

Excellent - both installations look good and should work well.

Dave gave me an estimate for only the part of the ceiling I needed painted. Others only wanted to paint a lot more or the whole ceiling. So Dave's estimate was more in line with what I wanted to pay. Dave and his painter arrived on time and were willing to do whatever was required so I was satisfied with the work.

Dave and his assistant were on time, attentive and very easy to work with. He changed the filter in my water softener and even helped me learn how to (maybe) do it myself the next time it is needed. Also replaced 3 electrical outlets, hung a picture, repaired an outside light and checked my attic for leaks or any other obvious problems. He knows what he is doing and really is eager to please. Definitely recommend.
