Leak was fixed efficiently. Very reassured to have his services. Dave was very responsive, kind and professional.

I called Dave because my daughter was pleased with his work. His helper Enrique was early for the job and Dave called and asked if it would be ok for him to go ahead and get started. He had the job done in about 10 minutes and made sure I was satisfied with it. While Dave's prices were a little more than I would have wished they are perfectly fair and reasonable. I have a number of other small jobs I need done and I will certainly call him. He calls if there is a question or a problem with timing and always answers his phone when called. He is fair reasonable and professional.

My daughter needed some things done around her house so I checked Angie's List and found Dave. She called him gave her a price and a time. He and his helper were there when they said they would and did the repairs she needed. She was happy with the work and the prices.

Dave was great. Since we need to get all repairs and paint jobs done last weekend, Dave was able to schedule his handyman to do the work right way, which was really helpful. In the end, Dave came to do the last few jobs and checked the work that was completed. Dave and his assistant were on time, courteous, and demonstrated professionalism. Dave contacted his co-worker, Dennis who lives closet to my parent's home. Dennis did a wonderful job. He arrived on time at 9:00. He came out and inspected the wall and told me what needed to be done. We went to Home Depot to buy the supplies, a sheet of Hardiplank, chaulk, nails, paint etc. It only took a couple of hours to repair the wall. It started raining and thundering and he did not stop working. We did have an umbrella canopy and he worked under it. He painted the wall and it looks wonderful. I'm very happy and my mom was relieved she didn't have to continue to patch up the leak. Thank you, Dennis.

Dave was prompt and provided services the same week that we called. For one of the emergency services he was able to complete the work on a weekend and within a couple of hours of our call. We were happy with the completed work and he was able to resolve the issues. Will definitely hire him again and will highly recommend him.

Everything went great. All four jobs were done to my satisfaction and done in about an hour and a half. This was the third time I have used Dave's services in the past year and a half, and I have been happy with the work that was done. I will definitely use Dave's services again.

One of these was to have a door frame repaired, which I had gotten a quote for that was over $900. Dave took care of it as well as a couple of other projects at a much more reasonable price. The work was adequate at an affordable price.
