 + -1 morePerfect! The repair was fast, accurate and complete! They are professional, honest, courteous, considerate, polite and prompt. I cannot say enough good things about John T. And his crew. When I was unemployed, my 25 year old furnace died and he worked with me to replace it at a more than generous price. He offered up options rather than trying to up-sell and take advantage of the situation. John @ Taurus is my trusted advisor and first phone call with any HVAC issues. Old fashion integrity and trust are rare these days but you will always find it with John
Description of Work: The most recent service was a/c wiring repair. However, Taurus has been servicing my HVAC for many years now. They have repaired my a/c compressor, repaired wiring, put new ductwork throughout the house, replaced my furnace and perform preventive maintenance on the systems.

 + -1 moreCalled John and he went through some things to check over the phone to eliminate something easy. When nothing worked, they were at the house the next business day (they offered to come out on the weekend which I declined). They came out and fixed the problem without delay. I have used John for several years now. When other providers were telling me that I needed a new system, John was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Honesty and integrity are the norm for him and his guys.
