Excellent work. Both workers (I believe a husband and wife team) were very nice and quick workers. I will always call them first.

They responded promptly and arrived as scheduled. They were able to open the lock and replace the failed lock in a timely manner

We asked Sugarland Locksmith to provide an estimate to change out two locks and repair the front door hardware on our new home. Ron and Peg were running a little late, but telephoned to let me know their ETA. They also texted me to let me know when they were less than 10 minutes away. This is invaluable when you have an evening routine with the kids. I was able to plan dinner around the visit instead of starving everyone until the locksmith came and went. I felt immediately comfortable with Ron and Peg, and loved that they brought Peg's grandson Sam along for the visit. Ron and Peg gave me an estimate for the job, and it was so reasonable, I had them do the work right then and there. They were in and out in under 45 minutes. I eventually plan to upgrade the front door lock, and Peg was able to give me an estimate on that and explained that process as well. Definitely will go back to Sugarland Locksmith in the future.

My area had crazy rain storm and SL Locksmith stayed in contact to let me know they had encountered bad traffic on Hwy 6 with malfunctioning street lights.

I set up an appt and they called within the window of time to let me know they were on the way and were on time. They had all the materials with them and completed the job efficiently. I was putting off this repair because I thought it would be a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Called and talked to Peg on day one and described the lock repairs. She and Ron came out the next afternoon. They had all the materials they needed with them, and they did the repairs in a couple hours. They were able to make new locks that fit the existing keys. The hardware they installed matches the existing door hardware. Very nice people + efficient and seems like they really know their stuff. Will use their services again next time I need a locksmith.

He was responsive and punctual. I thought his prices were high, $10 per tumbler plus a $50 trip charge. The last time I had my locks rekeyed by a different provider it was only $10 per tumbler and no trip charge. He came in and looked at all my doors in the house I bought that day and told me all my locks were in bad shape and should be replaced. He said he could do that, or he could repair them to get them working well, or he could just rekey them. He also suggested changing all the dead bolts from the latch kind to the kind that needs a key on the inside to open. I told him that was against building code because it is a fire hazard, so no I didn't want that. I just had him rekey the locks and they all work fine. I don't know what he was talking about that they were all in bad shape.

Ron Hardy is who helped us. He also has a female assistant, Peg Jones, who was wonderful as well! They were very professional, nice and seems like they really enjoyed their jobs! Ron was very thorough explaining what he was doing as he did the job. That was kind of an added bonus.

Peg and Ron did a good job in rekeying all my door locks. They made suggestions and adjustments that improved the security of the locks. They called me ahead of time because they were running late and wasn't able to arrive as scheduled. They worked well together and I never felt they were rushing through the job. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again. I highly recommend Sugar Land Locksmith to others.

I was genuinely surprised at how soon they were able to finish, and they did it without compromising quality. Everything, locks, dead- bolts and doorknob not only look good but work fine. Sugar Land Locksmith deserves the highest possible rating.

I called Sugar Land Locksmith and they came the next day, which worked well with our schedule. Our door knob had become loose and my husband had removed the door knob to tighten it up. However, the door knob simply would not go back on. Peggy and Ron were wonderful about making sure the door knob couldn't be repaired before replacing the door knob. They also threw in some extra adjustments such as realigning our dead-bolt and tightening up the latches on the door so that our door would be more secure. I was very pleased and would definitely call them again. I highly recommend for any of your locksmith needs!
