Description of Work: Great experience. I am building manager for a small two-story office building in the Galleria area. I had used their services once about a year ago to install a light fixture and was satisfied with everything they did. This time, I had an intermittent electrical problem that was tripping a breaker but trouble-shooting the problem was difficult and challenging. There was some confusion about the electrician's arrival time but we worked that out. He came out and got started one afternoon late, and returned to finish the following day. It was raining so he had to contend with that on top of the issue at hand, and he also had to deal with tenants in the building who felt like he needed their input to solve the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He was thorough and honest about the problem and its solution. I had him address other electrical issues while he was here, such as changing a ballast for a light fixture, changing light bulbs, etc. He was great. I plan to request him on a regular periodic basis for servicing lights, etc. Thanks, Clint and Sugar Land Electric!

Description of Work: I called to get him to check out a hall light outlet . While he was here I got him to install an electric fan in the attic. He did both for $100. I had the fan myself so it was all service. the light turned out to be a bad light bulb which was embarassing to me since I could have checked this out. I wanted the outlet checked because the prior light was the new energy kind and it burned and smoked which alarmed us. There was a very small minor flame out which caused a big smell and alarmed my wife once we changed out the fixture ourselves and the next light went out. That is when I called the electrician. As it turned out, we had done the job right so I had him install an attic fan by replacing the old fan. So he only had to do electric work not carpentry since the fan was a replacement. It took a high ladder , it was very hot in the attic and he did quite well. Friendly guy, loves to talk and I would have him out again.

Description of Work: Sugar Land Electric did an excellent job installing a ceiling fan out doors under my covered patio. The technican was professional and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again on other electrical projects.

Description of Work: My Chandelier was not working and they figured out the problem in less than five minutes. When they determined that the light was not the problem they identified the winch was loose and fixed the problem. Since this was done quickly the service rep spent the remaining time helping me with my lighted wreaths. He was professional and helpful.
