The work went very well. The electrician kept me in the loop about what was going on. He was efficient in the amount of time it took for the work. I plan to use them for more work that is needed.

The repairman was on time of appointment, was very professional, and completed the jobs at hand. He was obviously very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in his work.

I turned off the main breaker and finished installing an electric socket but then I was not able to restart the electricity. It was Friday afternoon and I did not want to be without electricity over the weekend so I called Sugar Land Electric and they sent out an electrician who arrived within the hour. Rey (Sugar Land Electric's technician) examined the electric socket and reattached it and was able to restart the breaker switch. He patiently explained to me the manner in which the breakers work and the reason I was having difficulty with it. It was a simple solution (I guess it's always simple when one knows what one is doing). Rey obviously knew what he was doing and was very professional and patient.

Rey, was the service tech and he was very courteous and professional when he arrived at our residence. I showed him the different projects that needed completing and he finished the projects in a timely manner. Rey was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and was very careful in completing the projects and not tearing up the home in anyway. We will use Sugar Land Electric in the future do to the professional manner in completing our projects.

Don't use. If they are unable to even make time to return a phone call, then I would not trust them to perform any type of work.

It was okay and nothing special; I don't think that the technician was all that knowledgeable, he didn't actually do the job the first day because he was confused. I probably be honest not to use them again, not because they did something bad, I don't feel like they went above and beyond, I think they overcharge me for what they did. I asked them to move some sconces for me, that's all I wanted. The sconces existed, I just wanted them moved to a different wall and kept on the same switch. It seemed like a simple thing, but he was confused and couldn't do that; I guess he was just a tech. So I bargained with them and got them to put in two recessed lighting cans on the ceiling. To me that seemed like it was more complicated, but for whatever reasons he was more willing to do that. So it ended up costing me more because I have to pay for the lighting can even though I already had sconces. So I felt like that he was doing it just so I have to buy more from them because I bought that coupon, I wasn't very pleased with their service overall. The guy was nice and he did a good job, but I wasn't really pleased for his unwillingness to do the job that I asked him to do.

It turned out fine. It took a little bit longer than I think he expected, but that was mostly because of some added breakers that had to be put in. There was a specified number in the plan and then I had, actually, more than that. There wasn't anything wrong, but there just wasn't anything exceptional.

It went very good I had a similar problem and the last contractor wanted to charge me 300.00 sugarland elec came in went straight to the thermostat and said you need a battery new battery freon working like a charm . thanks sugarland elec.

Eric was right on time. The job was very professional. It was a pleasure.

All the work was done in a very professional manner. Ray even discovered that a previous electrician installed light dimmer switches rather than ceiling fan control switches. He will replace them also. Great job done by Sugar Land Electric.

I live in a very old house with challenging electrical issues . I used Sugar Land electric months ago because a patio umbrella picked up by wind and tossed over the roof did something to this electrical wiring/cable and lights outside were blowing. They sent Rick out on a Friday and Rick definetly had a challenge on his hands trying to figure out what the previous owners had done with all these wires. I called Dave several hours later, with my doubts if this was going to be fixed or not but he assured me Rick was very thorough, long story short Rick did a great job, he was very detailed oriented , I just needed to let him do his job. He came back on a Saturday and I think they are closed on Saturday and went right to work fixing the problem, he put a lot of hours in both days. He got the lights back working and new wiring but told me these cable on the roof really needed to be buried, that is why I decided to have them come back and bury these cables. Dave showed up when expected, they did call to let me know he was coming. He explained everything clearly every time we had a question. His guys that did all the digging were great, it took 4 of them all day in this heat. they cleaned up the site when done, the trench was covered back up neatly and watered down to pack down the dirt. Dave left but came back to the site after the digging and he and another gentleman connected all the cables/wiring to the boxes and made sure everything was working. We already are planning for our next job to be done by them, not quite as big a project but I would not use anyone else. Very pleased.

All went well the serviceman was there for a little over an hour. Very courteous and professional

I provided fixtures and replacement bath fan motors and Sugar Land Electric provided the electrician. He did an excellent job and very professional. I will use Sugar Land Electric for any other electrical needs I may have and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

After pushing for a while, she finally said well if we do an estimate, we would change you for it. I mentioned I didn't care if they charged as it is more important to me to have an estimate and get the work done. She said she couldn't tell me how much the estimate was. In frustration I asked for the "boss" to call me and was told she couldn't tell me when he could get to it. Very unprofessional. Not service oriented. Complete lack of knowledge. Perhaps their work is good or even great but geeeez.

We new what we wanted to do on our new 1968 house that had aluminum wiring and needed to find an electrician who had a similar philosophy and a decent price. Our previous house had aluminum wiring as well, that had been pig-tailed when I moved in. Sugarland Electric was the 4th company I spoke with and second to give me a quote. Dave Kelsey was extremely knowledgable and we had a conversation about the different techniques to make aluminum wiring safe and what he would recommend. He recommended that the plugs and switches be replaced with aluminum wiring compatable plugs and switches and that the light fixtures be pig-tailed. The breaker box had been replaced previously. I had a detailed count of everything, so got a "whole job" estimate. Extra to the job, we wanted to add ceiling fans and inset lighting to some of the rooms in the house. Clint did all of the work in the house and was there off and on for 2 weeks. He was AMAZING and FANTASTIC. He was good-natured, honest, upfront, effectient, and a good communicator. My husband or I tried to be there much of the time, because Clint was continually finding problems in the wiring that he had to think through and fix as he went. He tweaked the breaker box, replaced the switches and plugs, pig-tailed the light fixtures, replaced light fixtures as I would buy them as he went along, installed ceiling fans, installed inset lighting, added new plugs and switches, and made safe old fixtures that we did not need. I will use Sugarland for every one of our electrical needs. I trust that they aren't trying to fleece me and they did outstanding work. And we had quotes form another company were they most definetly were.

Sugar Land Electric is great. I don't know what anybody else charges because we've used them for several years now so I don't know if their pricing is high or not but I'm sure they're fine.
