This is the second time I had Sugar Land perform work at my residence and again was very pleased.

I selected Sugar Land Electric to replace the breaker box / panel on my home after reading multiple positive reports on Angie's List. I worked with Josh to schedule a time and he provided me with instructions on working with Centerpoint, etc to prepare for the work. He let me know how long he thought the work would take so i could be prepared for the power outage and came by in advance to check out the old panel to make sure they had the correct materials. Rick came on the scheduled date and I was only without power for about 4 hours. He also installed a ground which was missing and made sure everything was working before leaving. I plan to use them in the future to install the whole house surge protection.

Two weeks later after receiving the kit, I called to set an installation time and asked for the same electrician. He arrived on time, wasted no time, fully assembled the fan and light kit and remote control - it all works flawlessly. I also had him replace a faulty light switch in the kitchen. . Very good job and would use again!

Awesome service! Our electrical on our new pool didn't seem right, so we called these guys to "check it out". Bobby noted that one of our pumps was not running. We phoned our pool builder who got his electrician on the phone with Bobby who explained the problem. The pool builder ended up replacing a defective pump. Thanks for catching that, Bobby. They also checked out our new sprinkler system and noted us that it was all wired WRONG. Because of the botched installation, one recepticle shorted out (expains why my sprinklers wouldn't work). They straightend out the connections, replaced the bad plug, and now my sprinklers work great. We are extremely happy with their through job.

He actually put the fans together too and hung them which was great. The reason we use them is because they're the main electrical contractor for the airport in Sugar Land. My wife's company who runs the flight school uses them. Their price is on par with everyone else and they do a great job. There's no surprises with them. Their quoting is accurate.

They went off existing recessed lights and drilled through the 4 joists and added 4 more recessed lights. I thought the price was a lot for what I got, but I did get expertise which I didn't mind paying extra for. He was able to drill through the 4 joists without messing up my ceiling, without ripping up my carpet from upstairs and without any damage to anything whatsoever. My floor joists run in a weird way so he had to go through them with a huge 5-foot long drill bit. Not everybody could have probably done that job. His charges included the materials and a toggle switch for the dimmer for the recessed lights. I went with the company because I looked them up on Angie's List and I have seen their trucks running around. When I called the owner and explained my situation about the floor joists running the way they were running, he said that they could probably help us. The price was worth it. He went above and beyond to do everything the way we needed it to be. I didn't mind paying more than what I thought the job was probably worth because I knew he could help me and I knew he had a good reputation. I sure will use them again for anything else like that.

Didn't get an estimate before work began, so when I state: "paid to much"...I am comparing what i believed it to cost vs what the final bill was....My bad. They ran onto a few problems i.e....ground to hard made digging difficult. The guys were very courteous and professional however...Did a great Job!...addressed some lingering issue quickly....Just get an estimate before work starts.

They were prompt, professional, and the electrician knew what he was doing. I would absolutely use them again! They were just great!
