Sugar Land Appliance Repair

When I called the company, I should have asked how much the service call was. In the past, I've seen as high as $50 but not $99!. When they looked at the ice maker, (just glanced at it), said it would have to be replaced for $449 which is almost double what we paid to replace it less than two years ago. He just said they've gone up in price. Seriously? I told him never mind, we will buy a new refrigerator for a little more and then he said he was authorized to go $50 lower. (like why didn't they start out with that?) Still too much for a piece of junk refrigerator and ice maker but when he told me the service charge for 10 minutes in my kitchen (and really just glancing at the ice maker), I was appalled. Will never use them again.

Andy arrived within an hour of the call and diagnosed the problem just by the sound the dryer made. Within an hour he got the part needed and had the dryer fixed Very professional and pleasant to deal with
