Southwest Irrigation Systems

Have used Southwest Irrigation for many years and am extremely happy with their service to me. The techs are amazingly good, knowledgeable and will make sure they get an answer to your issues. I love their annual maintenance plan also. Wouldn't be without it.

They previously installed a freeze protector on sprinkler system. This record breaking freeze was coming and I called ahead to ask if needed to do any thing to system. I was told to drain system as normal and there is a video on line how to do it. I drained it and wrapped all the pvc and brass pieces. After freeze it had a crack. I called for them to come inspect. They said the system was drained and there for caused it to crack. They wanted $567 to fix what they told me to drain. First off I paid for a freeze protector previously. They tell me it should probably be drained due to the extreme freeze and they want to charge a ridiculous price because I drained it. I was then charged $88 for a service call.

The initial visit was great. Tech came out May 21st to give an estimate. He indicated it was the holiday weekend and would send out a quote early the next week. Seemed very knowledgeable and polite and was looking forward to the estimate to see how it compared to a couple of others. After waiting several weeks, I contacted the company and they finally sent the quote over June 15th....almost a month after the initial visit. Either something went wrong or they forgot the house because their prices are 60% higher than the two previous quotes. Seeing as the date on the quote was the day it was finally submitted, not sure if they even know what house they were quoting based on the huge delta in quotes from their competitors that were both within $100-$150.....not $1300 difference.

Professional, on time, fixed the problems for a fair price. Extremely pleased. Would use them again in a heart beat.

SWIS was very responsive and we needed the work done the same week that I reached out to them. They did a complete re-work on drainage for the back of our property and were prompt and completed the job same day.

Was early( which was better) worked hard with no breaks. Thought he did a really good job at a fair price. The whole system was a mess. He fixed the leaks got zones covering the entire yard... I was really happy with the job

The two men that came and preformed the work did an amazing job, were very punctual and carefully explained what was happening and what needed to be done. I was very pleased and felt they did a wonderful job.

Called to schedule an appointment for an irrigation installation estimate. Unfortunately, they do not service The Woodlands. However, they gave me an alternative in my area.

Crew went straight to work. Questions were answered. No problems. They did what they said they were going to do.

Responded on site within a couple of hours in spite of heavy demand following the extreme temps. Valve replaced and system restored same day. Freeze protection added.

Brad and his men were so professional! They came exactly at the correct time and called in advance. They re-did a sprinkler system that had been improperly installed. They did a great job in a timely and efficient manner. I will certainly be using them again and would highly recommend them to others!

OK except for an unexpected sewer line was discovered. SWIS installed a drain box without telling us about it beforehand. This turned out to be OK in the end, but could've been a problem. Their client communication isn't good.

The work was done in a professional manner and appears well done. Converted the conventional spray system to a drip system.

They came to our home and quickly found the leak. They fixed the leak, and did a routine maintenance on our system. They also changed a couple of our sprinkler heads so we can water herbs in an above ground garden.

They did everything right. Reminder the day before, called when on way, friendly, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, priced competitively.
