+ -1 moreMy father had used Carl before and was happy with the service. For $59/unit he spent more than an hour checking the interior and exterior of the unit and identifying issues. Very honest & did not try to overcharge. He also helped us price different units to get the best bang for our buck.
Description of Work: Carl Smart was extremely thorough, helpful and fair in examining and replacing our AC unit, as well as checking out the other unit. We will be using him in the future if the need arises.

+ -1 moreCarl is honest and knowledgeable. He came out inspected the unit and said it was fine despite what another company claimed what was wrong with the unit. He did not charge a trip fee. He said no charge if there is no issue.
Description of Work: Did not charge anything after inspecting AC even though a national company quoted a repair for a fathom repair problem. Honest in assessment.

+ -1 moreWe were quite pleased with them. They found nothing wrong and did a thorough inspection. They were quite nice and very prompt and professional. We've had no problems with our air conditioning or heating system since they came out and took a look at it. We will definitely call them again.
