Description of Work: Wanted plantation shutters for 3 windows in 2 bedrooms. Had tried to get others to come out and did not get a reasonable response (multiple call backs. They were able to come out within a week and were able to deliver within a month. Very pleased with the shutters - look great and good quality.

+ -1 morethe whole process of working with Mary Beth was very easy. She is very good at what she does! The delivery of the shutters was on time and Mary Beth stayed with the installing crew for the whole time. The installers were very friendly and professional at what needed to be done. We are very pleased and will use Mary Beth in the future, if we have to change or update any window treatments.
Description of Work: After looking around and being unable to decide what would be a suitable window treatment for a big arched window in our master bathroom, we contacted Mary Beth from Shutter-Up and made an appointment with her. Mary Beth provided us with two suggestions that would work best for our bathroom and discussed the process in detail. We fell in love with one of her suggestions and placed the order. Working with her was easy and very pleasant. The blinds were delivered and installed on time . And we have to say that these blinds add a lot of class to our bathroom.

+ -1 moreMary Beth was wonderful to work with and very patient with all my questions. She provided sound information and advice on what would work best ind our home. The quality of the shutters and blinds is first rate and she is a pro at what she does. The guys that do the install work for her were polite, quick, and cleaned up. Mary Beth was with them the entire install time too.These window treatments have done more in the beautification of our home thdn anything else we've done. EVeryone is talking about how gorgeous they are. I would definitely recommend Shutter Up and Mary Beth and hope to use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreAfter getting bids from 4 other companies, I called Mary Beth. She was very professional and personable. Her bid for plantation shutters was lower and installation was going to be sooner than all the other bids. I have not been sorry that I chose Mary Beth. Her costumer service is great! She comes out for the installation and makes sure that everything is installed correctly. A couple of months ago, I noticed a loose pin on one of the shutters. (I actually think that was due to my cleaning lady.) I called Mary Beth and she sent someone right out to repair it. Even though I have had my shutters for 2 years, she did not charge me for the repair. I have recommended her to several of my friends.
