Came on time and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Haven't taken a shower using it yet, but it only took them 10 minutes to perform the repair. I know very little about pricing parts, but even with $21 off Angie's List coupon, I felt like I was over-charged. Consider that they charge $68 for the trip to trouble shoot the problem and credit it towards the cost of the repair, if you authorize the work. That means they charged me $164 for a 10 minute repair, less my coupon. I'm not saying I wouldn't hire them again. I will contact another company for my next repair and asked what they would have charged to do today's job first.

The new toilet had a small leak at the base. I removed the toilet, cleaned up the wax, plugged the drain and noticed a small crack in the plastic flange. I called a couple of plumbers and appreciated the courteous scheduler at S & B Plumbing, so I made an appointment. Pluses: S & B plumbers were available. The plumber and his apprentice arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Negatives: Since the area was prepped, the flange replacement and payment took a total of 15 minutes. I felt that I would get a discount from the standard price of $397.75 for having the area prepared. (Thanks to Angies List I did get $21.00 off.) I will do a little more price comparison on my next project.

We would highly recommend S & B. They were clear on the phone about the fee for coming out, about the minimum charge, and about the scheduling. The guys showed up on time, they got the job done, explained everything to us and we were billed exactly what we were told to expect.

We had a clog of drainage line for bathroom sink and toilet. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. After explaining to me what might have caused the problem, they recommended to start with a less expensive option first to see if it fix the problem. After i approved the plan, they proceeded with the tools and it worked. They then cleaned up the floor. The entire process took about 30 min and the price is reasonable. I am very happy with their service.

Very professional. After diagnosing the problem areas I ran to Lowe’s for new faucets while s and b attacked my other issues. I would definitely use s and b again.

We called 3 companies from Angies List (AL) and 1 via Home Depot (just plain rubbish). The 3 from AL came and gave us a quote, decent companies, decent response times. Only S&B (Megan) gave us prices upfront on phone. Only S&B had a team of 2 plumbers, professional & pleasant (not-fancy), and were ready to climb up on the roof for the quoted-upfront price, if need be. CUSTOMER CAUTION: The other AL plumbers gave us a song-n-dance about extra charge for going up on the roof -BUT in all fairness- went away without any issues when we refused service and without any talk about trip charge (we give credit where credit is due). We were not that lucky with the plumber via Home Depot (we live & learn). Seeing only 1 bath was clogged, Richard wanted to make sure we did not have some other issue going on, so they checked other drains, went out and found our main clean-out which was buried, and satisfied that they had isolated the problem to just the bath, they snaked the bath, were done in a few mins, honored the lower end of the price range as it was basic/standard issue, accepted AL coupon and gave us 90 days warranty. ICING: We also liked the efficiency of being able to see Megans' notes of our request+quoted prices on the iPad, Richard reviewed that with us when they got here, and upon completion, the final instant eInvoice & Credit Card + instant eSign & eReceipt was really efficient! The 3 people we interacted with at S&B were outstanding - we have already passed on their numbers to our network/circle. Keep up the good work S&B!!!

What a great company! S&B Plumbing gave us an accurate quote on the phone and the office called us when they were not going to make the appointment window (even though they missed by only a few minutes.) The technicians were professional, pleasant, and very competant. They explained to my husband what caused the problem and showed him where to treat the drain line with bleach to prevent a recurrence. A great experience all around!

I think they did something toilet wise, I don't remember having any complaints about them, or any problems about them. They were reasonably priced, their prices were good. The interaction with them was okay. The work turned out just fine.If I stilled lived there I probably would use them again.

This was a difficult repair as the old cartridge, valve and handle all were worn out. Richard is a master at his craft. Using a saw, drill and quite a bit of muscle he got the job done. This company has a very honest approach I've used them several times.

paid a service call for the expert advice which was fair. the people who came out were not as experienced as I had hoped. they told me that I could not install a 12 inch rough out toilet in my house (I have 5 to install) they looked at each bathroom and said it could not be done, then I hired another plumbing company who installed all 5 12 inch rough out toilets within 3 hours. they work beautifully. I have no confidence in this company.
