It took 2 men from S&B Plumbing less than one hour to reset a toilet with a new flange and wax ring. The cost was $442.55! Turns out they have a set price for that job, no matter how long it takes. An additional cost was $79 for a membership plan my husband, who is hard of hearing, didn't realize would be included. Their hourly rate for 2 men is $198. Simple math tells me that less than one hour, plus parts, should run $225 to $250. After over 35 years with S&B we will never use them again, and I will not recommend them. There are plenty of good plumbers who still charge by the hour.

Bo from S&B was prompt and courteous. He and his team were very profesional and friendly - taking the time to show me what needed to be done in what i would consider a major repair. His rough guess phone quote was the price i paid and i thought it was very fair and less than i anticipated so i am very pleased with every part of my dealings with S&B Plumbing. in addition when i received my emailed invoice it included detailed photographs of the work performed inside the trench they had to dig to repair my water meter line.

Service man was knowledgeable and professional. Work was done in a timely manner and was explained very well

S&B Plumbing came in on a Saturday and were very prompt, courteous, professional and they cleaned up after they were finished. The AC drain line going to the sewer was clogged and they fixed it very fast. I will definitely use S&B Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Two techs no chicame and looked at it told me the warranty on the tank was expired and that the heating mechanism was defective. They didn’t have the part needed on their truck but would try to get it to finish the job that afternoon or the next day. They left and I left the house five minutes after to run errands. I return an hour later to find water coming from the house running down the driveway and making puddles in the flower bed I ran in turned the water main off and then up to the attic to find water flowing out of the water heater and overflowing out of the pan on the attic floor. If I had been gone longer, I would have had major water damage. I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone!

S&B came by on a Saturday morning and diagnosed a leak I had coming from the ceiling. I was happy with the customer service, from the office keeping me updated on the schedule to the two plumbers who provided the service (Mike and his assistant). The price was very reasonable. Received some pointers on how to keep my pipes clear.

I'm am very pleased with the service provided by S&B Plumbing. Austin from S&B showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He not only unclogged my shower drain, but cleaned up afterwards. I told him that he did not need to clean it, but he insisted. I will definitely be calling S&B Plumbing for any future needs.

The men analyzed the problem quickly and made the repairs quickly. They also answered other questions I had and asked if there was anything else that needed their attention.

Outstanding. 2 man crew showed up about an hour after I called. They immediately diagnosed the problem - AC had clogged with algae and caused the sinks to fill with water. Went to work and fixed the problem. Very professional and courteous. Did a great job, too. Excellent work and service. This is a great company.

The two outdoor hose bibs were replaced within a few minutes. A section of sheet rock was then removed in an upstairs closet to determine the cause of a very slow leak. A copper line from the toilet was found to have a slow leak, so they offered to do the work immediately. The pipe was repaired and a new supply line and stop were added. All of the work was done for an exceptionally reasonable total cost by the incredibly helpful Vince and Morgan, and I was able to pay by credit card.

We had a toilet that was leaking that I could not find the leak(wax seal was worn). Called S&B. Evan Carr and Cody came out. They diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. We agreed on the price and they did a great job. Both were professional, nice and friendly. We are very grateful that the problem was fixed on time and on budget. We will definitely use them again.
