Description of Work: S&B installed a new water heater for me last year and they did it so quickly for almost half the price as any other place I called (they were running a special). Out of nowhere my water heater started leaking and S&B came right out to determine what was wrong (just a faulty unit). They were able to replace it the very next morning (only reason it couldn't be done the same day was because I didn't realize there was an issue until after I came home from work in the evening).

Description of Work: Declog the drain. |It went very well. Carl and Larry came right on time. They assessed the problem and went to work immediately. The drain was cleared in five minutes. |They were professional, efficient, courteous and very nice.

Description of Work: They replaced some badly rusted pipes that come in from outside, and go into the house as the main water pipe. They had to dig down under the driveway to rebuild the the main water pipe for the house and outside faucet. The work was done in a fast and efficent way, and they cleaned up after themselves. Job well done.

Description of Work: They first replaced a hot water heater. I really appreciated the care they took removing the old one, being attentive to our recently refurbished staircase. The second repair was to a leaking toilet (at the base). In both cases, S&B was timely in their responsiveness and did professional work. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was a pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: Replaced clogged AC drain line. Another provider quoted 2 days and over 1500 to fix including ripping hAlf a bathroom apart.S and B took 1 hour and didn't touch the drywall. Excellent job.

Description of Work: Steve, and his helper Andy, unstopped a toilet, replaced the water shutoff valve to the toilet tank, replaced the insides of the toilet; repaired a leaky bar sink faucet that dripped.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen sink faucet and replaced instahot water system. They did a fine job. It seemed expensive but they failed to itemize the invoice so I don't know if it was.

Description of Work: Once again, Brent and his crew were prompt, professional, honest, and fair. Repaired a pipe leak in the ceiling - fast and efficiently. We discussed a plan to correct future situations as the galvanized pipes are heading south, quickly. These guys are great. I have found a great plumbing team for my home.
